Kaspersky Internet Security

I’m a developer and trying to get my nodejs backend website working on localhost:port, however i keep having kaspersky block the localhost address. how can i get this thing working without having to stop protection completely from kaspersky. Google search on this thing did not get me any real solution and this is getting to be really frustrating and pushing me my protection completely.

I have 10 instances of these 4 files in various folders. Win7-64. Should I just delete them all?

Two times I face the same issue. First time I restrore laptop and install kapersky with activation code. Unfortunatealy I face the same issue after two month. situation is same. I forgot to shutdown the laptop and the laptop charge become low and it shutdown. Then i turn on the laptop kapersky not showing . Its just disappeared. windows diffender not showin any options.

I have two mobile phones and two tablets covered by my Kaspersky internet security but when I look at the devices list on my windows pc it names them as tablet and tablet 1 / mobile and mobile 1 - how can identify the actual device so that I can give them a meaningful name

So, I opted for Kaspersky Internet Security and paid with my debit card but then the site showed some error so i tried with another debit card and it still showed error but the activation code came to my email later. The problem is the amount has been debited from both debit cards and therefore i have been charged twice while receiving activation code for only one. What can i do in this situation? can i get a refund?

I would like to suspend or turn off Internet Security for troubleshooting purposes - to see whether Internet Security is causing an issue with another program. What is the easiest way to deactivate and reactivate the service? I have the current version.

Hi, I’ve downloaded trial installation file of KIS for Windows (PC) version from here https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security-free-trial#download but every time I download it is different file i.e. different md5 and sha-1 and sha-256 hashes of each file. I’ve downloaded 3 times and 3 times different hashes. Is it normal and safe? Plus I use Firefox browser and I had to disable its advanced tracking protection to start downloading of these files.

When I build and run my project while KIS is on, I get the message that the app can’t run because access is denied. Subsequent builds fail because file access to the output folder is denied. Kaspersky claims that it is a backdoor. How do I stop this? I’m just running tutorials from a book.

Does it use Kasperskys activation servers or the management security center server deployed on the customer side? We’re worried about sending out our commercial license key code to people that are working from home; if that code was to be shared could anyone use it? For the past day or so Kaspersky has continuously detected ‘Tojan.Multi.GenAutorunLnkFile.a’ within appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\recent\automaticdestinations. Is this a false positive or a genuine issue because it’s an almost constant cycle of the programme detecting and deleting this file when the PC is in use. I have scanned my whole PC with various products (inc Kasp) and they can find nothing. The application is indicated by Kasp to be Runtime Broker, but the error has also been triggered by Windows Explorer. Any help is appreciated, cheers.

I bought the Internet Security for 3 PCs in Thailand. License on my daughter laptop (bought in Thailand) is going to expire. She is now in Norway want to activate it but got the error. Hello, I have the premium version for Kaspersky Android Security and after I installed the app it blocks my wifi connection. I have an Allview x5 soul, every wifi detected now by the phone has a lock icon near it. I tried to remove the wifi and add it again but the same result, also restarting the phone does not solve it. The wifi works just fine it’s from my own router I also tested on another phone and it works with no problems. LE: forgot to mention, mobile data works, it’s just the wifi that doesn’t.
