Kaspersky Internet Security

Hi, I’m unsure if I’m the only one who cannot access the kaspersky website at this time. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Running Kaspersky Internet Security Ver 21.3.10.391 (g) Win 10 x64 Build 19043 I am unable to turn off AdBlock and have it actually show ads. I want to help a website by allowing ads but even with AntiBanner turned off the website still returns turn off adblocker. If I pause Kaspersky totally then I do get Ads so it is a setting somewhere. I have been using Kaspersky for years now and update the main program as an inplace upgrade is this my issue and should I try a full clean and fresh install?

178 days left on my license and a happy Kaspersky user for over a decade, and still am. But it is going to be removed from all our machines today. The balance of risk of using this product has changed overnight. Just to say a big thanks to the experts on the forum for helping me and others like me over many years. One final question - what is the best method of removing every trace of this product from my machine? Thanks.

In the last few months I noticed that no matter the browser I use I receive Kaspersky pop-ups about access to my webcam being blocked, but I don’t even have a plugged webcam. I’m concerned if it is only a bug on Kaspersky part, or there are multiple ( somewhat random, as far as I noticed ) places that are triggering a virus trying to look through where there would be a webcam. Obs: I do have a webcam that I almost never use, but it has been plugged, so the drivers are installed, but this problem has happened since before I had the webcam.

Hi, first of all I searched the forum but anything I search for I get “We couldn't find any results for .Please try again or create a topic”. Please let me know what I do wrong. My main question is: I am now in trial mode with 32 days remaining. If I enter an 1 year subscription activation code, that will extend this 32 days, or I just get a 1 year subscription? its has been mentioned on our news that my kesperky could be used by the govermant too hack .i would like the asurance that this will not happen .or should everyone rem0ove it asap ? .as not everyone agree with whats going on it the world

If I upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11, will my running Kaspersky Internet Security license remain intact?

Hi, I am a Mac user, Mac OS : 12.3.1 (21E258) NordVPN Version 7.6.0 (190) Kaspersky internet security 21.1.0.150d.e and also subscribed Kaspersky internet security and nordvpn on my Mac and window. I can connect Internet without any problem with my window, while when I use my Mac , I cant browse any website even I reset my VPN profile. I guess maybe it is because of issues with Mac or firewall or Kaspersky internet security? thanks Sasha

What does firewall do?

I have a multi-boot PC with both Windows 7 and Windows 10. As far as I know Kaspersky confuses the 2 different operating systems on the same PC as 2 devices, correct? I have tried that in the past with no success. So, can I buy 2 single-device licenses and use them simultaneously - each one for each operating system ('device' according to Kaspersky) under my single account?

Hello, While trying to block multiple addresses, I noticed that kaspersky says the format is incorrect even though I double checked it [first image]. After a while, I realized that when I remove/change the test.ex website, it suddenly works [second image]. If its not just me, is it possible for kaspersky to support a lot more than just com and gg? like title said, i just moved from firefox to waterfox, so the kis addon, but after i check, the addon can't connect to my kis even after i reboot my pc. and as i know, some kis users are using waterfox too and their addon is working well, does any reason can cause my addon not working?

Before switching to Kaspersky, I was using Norton (NAV). Before installing Kaspersky, I had uninstalled NAV. While installing Kaspersky, I proceeded to delete incompatible program NAV (surprised why its still there), then the computer rebooted. Try again, its still there. Proceed to delete again, then reboot. After the 3rd or 4th time (still there), I unchecked to delete it so that Kaspersky can be installed. Then I did a Full Scan, but no threat is detected. I also looked at Control Panel > Programs, no NAV there. Can I just ignore that NAV is still probably there somewhere in my computer?

I'm having difficulties just using/checking the Forum! Is there a Knowledgebase for doing so? I'm English, 76yo & not really web savvy. Only signed up 2hours ago after using Free Avast for ages. (It was not for me) But I've had to change my password just after signing up! 180days it said & I need a new one. But I only started this morning: ) Not a good start? ; ) Advice please. John F.

Hello Friends, I have KIS subcriptions can i use kaspersky plus with KIS sucriptions??? i didnt find kaspersky plus pack in shop in my region..

I am starting a new thread because my original post is not being answered. The problem is again, is that I have “Kaspersky Standard” on my PC. However, when I go to renew, it has only one option which is Kaspersky Plus. How can I renew this as I only have a week? Can you at least point me where “Standard” is available, and I'll just start fresh buy buying it there? Is Plus being encouraged?

Pretty much as the title says, I just bought a key (token?) at a stationary computer shop/service and received a keycode that is 13 letters long, can't seem to find the place I am supposed to enter it. The guy at the shop told me it's different than the activation code, which is going to be sent to me by email when I enter the keycode he gave me on kaspersky's site. Maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find a way to enter it anywhere. Sorry for the bad English.
