Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business

This may be a bit of a niche issue but I wanted to see if anyone had a solution. We use a government website that requires you to login using an Entrust PKI and when you first access the site Edge will prompt you to select your certificate. The prompt normally appears right below the Edge address bar and is easy to see. After installing Kaspersky the prompt no longer appears in Edge, it opens a 'Windows Security' prompt that asks you to pick a certificate. After choosing one and entering your password into Entrust, it then prompts AGAIN for the same certificate despite logging in. You can even cancel this box and continue to use the site. After installing the package from Kaspersky Next (Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (12.9.0.384)) the install finishes and everything seems to be good, except AVPUI.EXE doesn't start and no UI is visible. There is no icon in the taskbar, no "scan with kaspersky" right click menu. The only argument I pass through during install is "-s" for silent. Is there something else I need to be doing? If I run the AVPUI.EXE manually as admin it starts, but thats not a solution because its gone on the next reboot.

Hi, I have KSC 14 in my company. Also, I have many clients with KES for Windows, Mac and Linux. Current license is KES 4B - Select and I wanted to purchase KES 4B - Advanced. Since it is obsolete, I was told to purchase Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum instead. All I want is KES4B features + exporting to Splunk server. Can I use Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum license without need to reinstall applications? Thanks

We manage it through the OSMP console, and we have noticed that even when a file is added to both "Scan Exclusions" and "Trusted Applications", it is still detected by the PDM module. The current suggestion is to submit the file for exclusion from the Kaspersky Technical Support, but I’m wondering if there is any other method to prevent this detection. Also, if a file is added to both Scan Exclusions and Trusted Applications, is it correct that it will still be detected but not deleted?

While installing Keswin 12.8 we have faced a driver related error , can anyone help me to solve the problem.

Two machines Windows 10 and 11 fresh install and fully updated, when trying to install KES 12.8.0.505 the app seems to fire up but then noting happens, also no process appears in the Task Manager. I did not have this issue on other machines, my guess is that latest patch from Windows is blocking the installation. Are there other reports or is this a known issue?

Hello, i`m going to switch KSC from Windows to Linux, To avoid unnecessary rules transfer, i decided to config everything from scratch. Now i want to test it, and i have a question about licensing options. I`m planning to use klmover, can i switch only one managed device to the new KSC server - is it possible (devices licensed with the same license bundle on two different KSC servers) ?
