For windows 7 i cant deploy the installation package, what is the solution for that rather than updating windows.

Download Service Pack 1 and https://software.smartbd.com/download/kaspersky/Tools/windows updates & patches/kb4474419/windows6.1-kb4474419-v3-x64.msu

kb4474419 this update and then run latest keswin 12.10 version .
