Это появилось не сразу после установки антивируса, а спустя какое-то время. Возможно, после обновления либо самого антивируса, либо ОС. После отключения защиты торможение прекращается. Много процессорного времени и высокий %% использования у процесса com.kaspersky.kav.sysext, когда фиксируется замедление работы системы. Kaspersky Premium MacOS Ventura 13.6.7

First, try re-syncing the child accounts by logging out and back in to both the parent and child accounts. Ensure that the devices are connected to the internet, as this is necessary for real-time monitoring and reporting. Make sure that both your Kaspersky application and the devices' operating systems are up to date, as updates often fix bugs and improve functionality. Verify that all settings for internet access monitoring and email reports are correctly configured in your Kaspersky account. If these steps do not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Kaspersky Safe Kids app on both children's devices to refresh the connection. -

1. Необходимо задачей Добавления ключа заменить истекший ключ на новый на нужных устройствах. При этом в свойствах задачи галка "Использовать ключ в качестве резервного" должна быть снята. 2. В хранилище ключей KSC удалить истекший ключ, при этом если он еще установлен на хоть одном устройстве, то он не исчезнет из хранилища, а значёк у него станет серым. Реально он исчезнет только когда не будет ни одного устройства, где он используется

Ну тогда удаляйте оба ключа через CMD и потом снова активируйте новым ключом. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/12.4/ru-RU/181302.htm

В интерфейсе показывает оба ключа(и новый и истекший). По поводу удалить устройство и добавить надо проверить.

А по факту на клиенте в интерфейсе KES какой ключ показывает? Если устройство удалить из KSC и потом обратно добавить, то старый ключ возвращается?

Thank you Yuri for the suggestions. I have run Kaspersky Virus removal tool and there was nothing unusual found. The question is why the KRD is not initializing, what is preventing it? The machine is a production server that has been attacked through MS SQL open port and the result for other users of the same platform has been ransomware installed and files encrypted. We have found the PC booted in safe mode and Windows defender has detected and quarantined the file that should spread the ransomware, So all seems normal, but should I still worry after KVRT have not found anything?
