  2. Yes, it was the system watcher and it ruined everything. Even after system restore, I wasn't able to install Falcon Design Space because of the error I mentioned above. Only after system RESET, I was finally able to install FDS. I have at least half a year left of my Kaspersky license, but won't touch Kaspersky software again.

  8. Hi, guys. This is my third day without any Kaspersky VPN connection. No connection to 90% of the available locations, and the remaining 10% have no traffic whatsoever. I sent a complaint, and they asked me for a ton of diagnostics and screenshots, and so far, no reply at all. This really sucks If they can't fix my problem, can I get a refund?
  9. Kaspersky doesnt let me use goodbyedpi, whatever i do i cant close it (exceptions, closed internet security still same). How to fix it? Kaspersky shutdowns my internet when goodbyedpi is on

    Перестал работать VPN

    C РФ лицензией, купленной сто лет назад и обновленной недавно до версии 21.23.6.614(а), также проблема - из Австралии на Windows 10 не зайти через vpn Russia на российские сайты, такие как РЖД, С7 и тд. Показывает подключение к vpn Russia, но на самом деле не работает.

    У меня тоже после принятия ового соглашения 4 дня назад, VPN не работает совсем и блокирует интернет. Сам ая из Литвы, сейчас физически нахожусь в Узбекистане

  18. @User23837 I found your troubleshooting post very helpful. It essentially mirrors my own and helps confirm that the issue is universal. Kaspersky VPN works for me most of the time these days, so it's working. There are the odd hiccup, like not being able to access YouTube and some other sites, and my fastest server is on the other side of the world, but it's still much better. Integrating PureVPN's systems with Kaspersky Lab's has obviously become somewhat challenging, but on the plus side, PureVPN has a very good privacy policy. We do NOT store any logs that could identify your activity or help track it. We do this to prevent PureVPN from sharing information, even if we were forced to.   20. Yo recibí el mismo enlace, y como vi que la dirección y el enlace eran correctos me atreví a realizar dicha actualización y ahora me encuentro con una cosa que no me gusta nada. Resulta que yo ahora mismo estoy viviendo en Colombia y al hacer la actualización en la lista de países de la VPN ya no existe como servidor Colombia, y me sugiere que me una algún país cercano para poder seguir trabajando con supuesta normalidad, de los países cercanos que están en la lista tengo a Brasil a chile y creo que Argentina, con ninguno me funciona la red, intente entrar donde intente entrar automáticamente el navegador me dice que estoy conectado a un proxy o a una red privada virtual y que no puedo acceder a ese contenido porque está bloqueado, y no estoy hablando de streaming, ni contenidos prohibidos, estoy hablando de intentar entrar al supermercado en el cual hecho la compra siempre en mi país. Por lo tanto a qué me obliga a esta actualización a tener que desconectar la VPN siempre que quiera navegar por internet. Por ende no me sirve para nada tener una VPN ahora mismo.

  22. Zusätzlich Stelle ich bei mir fest,dass mit VPn auf Android teils keine Verbindung mehr zu den Seiten aufgebaut wird. Kaspersky so wird dass nichts mehr bin schwer enttäuscht.

    Я за, пусть сразу ркн сразу посмотрит какого хрена такая цена, у мтс посмотрели и цену на 30% урезали. А тут оплатили на 5 аккаунтов и все лежит и работа стоит.

All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates.
