Здравствуйте. Несколько лет назад на работе выдали ноутбук. Пользовался им без проблем. Недели 3 назад потребовалось для работы установить программу SAP от Роснефти. Там надо было оформить заявку на перелёт сотрудника. Для её корректной работы надо было поставить Kaspersky endpoint security и включить полнодисковое шифрование, контроль usb устройств. Для этого так пришлось установить Kaspersky security center и создать политику в которой включены эти опции. Все получилось. Заявку оформили. Но после перезагрузки ноутбука. Не могу зайти на рабочий стол. Kaspersky Authentication Agent просит логин и пароль. При установке KES ни каких логинов и паролей не задавал. Почитал справку. Надо вводить логин и пароль учётки в windows. Но он их не принимает. Ошибки в логине и пароле 200% быть не может. Так как я их почти каждый день вводил приходя на работу. Помню их на зубок, да и сверил с записями в блокноте... Память не подводит. Подскажите почему не пропускает KAA.

What's really more hilarious is that I asked them for a refund, and they just refused, claiming that my 30-days trial period has already passed, although they're the ones who breached the contract by decreasing the services provided and failure to provide any decent VPN coverage in Russia!!! Hi everyone, Something strange happened to me yesterday and today: Yesterday, once I logged into my home banking site, the screen suddenly went black, even the mouse pointer was invisible, and after a few seconds everything returned to normal and the site was visible again. Today, the same thing happened while I was watching a music video on YouTube. As for home banking, I didn't use Safe Money, but in general, I installed the Chrome extension and set it to block data collection and banners. Thank you all.

I have been doing that for a while. For most accounts involving personal security, I use two-factor authentication (2FA) and unique, random passwords (which I store in the Enpass application). However, the hacker exploited this by utilizing an App Password for access, which bypasses 2FA. Furthermore, the Enpass application itself is installed on this very device.

The reason I suspect my computer has been compromised is that while my computer was online and I was not actively using it, I received emails regarding Microsoft login OTP and password change OTP. I am certain that I did not log in to my account on multiple devices, which led me to suspect that my computer was compromised (despite running Kaspersky).
