Интернет через роутер? Другие компьютеры или смартфоны в сети есть? На них проблема есть? Попробуйте выставить DNS сервера вручную. Например на эти - https://dns.yandex.ru/ -

Проблема с сертификатом только на первом скриншоте. Хотя это странно, у этого сайта с сертификатом все нормально. На двух других проблема совершенно другая. Какие DNS сервера используются? И покажите в Касперском: Настройка - Настройки безопасности - Настройки сети - Настройка защищенных соединений. -

Здравствуйте. Замучился с проблемой блокировки перехода на сайты по причине недопустимому имени сертификата. Блокирует рандомно любые сайты, через некоторое время пускает без проблем. Блокирует Касперский, блокирует сам Хром, блокирует плагин на браузере uBlock. Если всё-таки настоять на загрузке, то загружает 1win и прочий казино-скам. Проблема появилась после переустановки Винды, хотел перейти на 11. Потом вернулся обратно на 10, но проблема не исчезла. Образ устанавливал оригинальный, ключ брал за 100р. Помогите с решением, пожалуйста.

The problem still exists, but no problem with 21.20 I'll try reinstalling K and leaving everything at default for today (just set the updates to every hour) If it persists, go back to 21.20 until it's fixed EDIT : No one has said it, but is there at least some information in the report about an automatic update search?

Hello In "Application rights and protected resources" => "Manage Application" (not sure if the translation is good) There's a specific reason why system programs are no longer "hidden" with the option ? With 21.21, they are all visible (the hidden option is checked) If I use my .cfg file from 21.20, I get this System programs are hidden Thanks-

I set the update to "After application launch" for test and waited 2 minutes After 10 minutes, there was no trace in the report The problem therefore appears to be a setting in Kaspersky that is causing updates to be buggy I'll retest by restoring all the settings to their defaults, just to be sure

Logging into my account worked. Still I am a bit confused why I got the notification, since I logged Into my account to register a product key not long before I got the deletion notification. However, problem solved! -
Hi @tistou77 Correctly, with the settings ‘Chaque heure’ and ‘Heure 15:00’ the update will take place every hour starting from 3pm.

@Flood and Flood's wife I found some information on the Kaspersky website (for older versions) and if I understood correctly, for the "Every hour" setting, If for the Hours setting, it says 10:00 AM and 1 hour for the "Run every" setting, then the search will be performed every hour starting at 10:00 AM (and therefore not before) I don't see what the Postpone.... setting is for if the PC (or Kaspersky) is launched before the specified time Otherwise, I reinstalled Kaspersky 21.21, and the update ran automatically without any problems after installation (with all the default settings) Either the reinstallation fixed the problem, or a setting is breaking the automatic update I set it to "every hour" I had this problem with a software that Kaspersky was blocking. The software's launch was delayed by 1 minute with a disabled setting in K, and only if Kaspersky was closed and reopened Thanks for your help I will see if the problem persists, if so, it will be a setting (or bug with setting) in K therefore

Hi @tistou77, You're welcome! The Databases update schedule 'Hours' field - gives the option to run the update task *every* Hour, but the Run every (2) component of the Hourly schedule may be confusing -> setting the Hourly schedule up to 12 OR 24hrs - yeah OK, but 23000 OR 50000 OR 400 hours OR😵 doesn't make a whole lot of sense (to us); sadly the documentation is pretty light on information (ioo): Paramètres de la mise à jour Question, since all (your) tests & checks & resets - has 21.21 also been *fully* uninstalled - saving *only* License & Secret vault (if that is used) - all other check boxes are CLEAR - empty, at the end of the *uninstall* power OFF the machine, we use Shutdown, others use Restart, power back on & OR login, download a *new* 21.21 & start again? Hello I've set up updates like this Normally, an update check should be performed 3 minutes after starting K, right ? The Hours settings is for ? But in the reports, there's nothing, no trace of an update check There's a problem, right ? Thanks

Вообще говоря ничего "заводить" не нужно, оно создается автоматически. Т.е. пишите адрес от балды, вообще любой, и оно прокатывает Вот так например: А вообще говоря - то, что Вы не собирались его устанавливать, и пришли сюда просто поплакаться видно из одного только имени. Ну устанавливаете другой, какие проблемы то, нынче всяких там Авастов и АВГ море, да и Доктор Веб дает лицензию сразу на 10 лет за один рубль. 😄 -

Hello @Kuser7985Sh, Thank you for the update! For some reason the Kaspersky User rating = 100% of Kaspersky *users* restrict Renpy. SO, did the VLAB experts *explain* to YOU that the restriction is based on that stat? & going by that stat - YOU must be the only person on the planet who thinks "Ren'Py is arguably the most popular visual novel-making engine". Ren'Py profile says: is a visual novel engine – used by thousands of creators from around the world. IF (we) are to believe Kaspersky -> NONE of those creators would also be using Kaspersky🙄 On VT & the Kaspersky Portal, Ren'Py exe is good, it's the User rating that needs to be reviewed - 100% fail for popularity & relatively benign software - where's the logic? (Also) ioo, with that rating it will be Low-restricted, not HR, check, what colour is the restriction? Looking further at the exe shell, it's missing a fair bit of basic-information which would potentially - target it for a poor rating - IF (you) love Ren'Py so much, approach Ren'Py & tell them the requirements so it's User rating *improves* - IF (they) care about their software - they'll fix it. Kaspersky finally added Daz3d to trusted catergory. Now daz install manager automatically installed as a trusted application. Renpy still put into high restricted group but you can install the app without problem from high restricted space. I think the results are satisfying enough to close the support ticket. -

На ноутбуке: Kaspersky Plus 21.20.8.505 Выпуск Windows 11 Pro Версия 24H2 Сборка ОС 26100.3915 Взаимодействие Пакет интерфейса компонентов Windows 1000.26100.83.0 Процессор Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10110U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.59 GHz Оперативная память 8,00 ГБ (доступно: 7,84 ГБ) Тип системы 64-разрядная операционная система, процессор x64 Такая же проблема с ошибкой (выдает либо 1 ошибку после перезагрузки или 11 после выкл/вкл) Так что проблема повсеместная. Повторюсь, отключение самозащиты не помогает. Обновление до 21.21 не помогает. Техподдержка извещена, но на праздниках пока не реагирует.
