Kaspersky was recently reinstalled with 21.21 version For Battery, I removed the Battery packages (and other Apps that I don't use) with DISM K can no longer find the battery options (even if it is a desktop) perhaps, In this case, the option should be grayed out and unchecked (like when installing the graphics driver, the battery options are missing) I don't think K uses Windows files to update its database, which would be absurd If a Windows file is "corrupt" or something, K will not update its database, and therefore will not see this corrupted file or something But never had a problem until recent weeks (and reinstalled Windows a few days ago)

Hello, "Anti Banner" is enabled in both my Kaspersky program and the browser extension and still it doesn't block a single Ad. I also tried it with a new created browser profile and only Kaspersky Extension installed, still no Ads are blocked. I'm using Edge as main browser, and its up-to-date. I don't want to use uBlock Origin or the "Lite" version of it because, even though I have a 2024 high-end gaming PC built, they consume a hell of performance.

Hello @harlan4096 I have this (like you, except "do not disturb" which is checked) I don't know why the "Battery" option is grayed out (it's a desktop) @nexon With the settings set to automatic, I didn't get an update yesterday (May 1st) I had closed K for less than an hour during the day, before the database update at 9:26 PM (the time of the last update)

Hello @tistou77 Only quick addition : Kaspersky checking for updates after 15 minutes of windows start (when you see background) after 15 minutes will automatically update databases and then every 2 hours.

The rules were working fine before updating to the new version 12.8.0.505, now web control is not working. Can anybody advise and help me out as this is a major security concern for our company.

Если удаленщики могут залить такую вещь, то проблема у вас не в антивирусе, а в этих удаленщиках.

Сам ломал голову, как это сделать. В итоге самы простой способ оказался скачать apk., фаил на флэшку, далее через любой проводник его устанавливаем (предварительно разрешив установку из нужного источника). У меня приставка mi box. Все работает. Из минусов нету горизонтальной ориетации приложения, поэтому первый запуск немного не удобен. Но свой функциинал выполняет на ура.

Yes, I also noticed that when opening some Kaspersky options, the focus changes and remains in background when it should be in main focus, this is a small bug they should fix.
