KIS стал блокировать получение почты the bat 11 как решить проблему, самостоятельным поиском не нашел, те темы что были по теме не работают. Базы KIS Обновлены, перезагрузки были. the bat 11 последней версии. Буквально пару недель назад работало с KIS и на этой неделе просто перестало получать почту Блокает и gmail и yandex. Без KIS почта получается нормально почта Приветствие TLS не завершено. Удаленный хост принудительно разорвал существующее подключение

I have a Kaspersky Plus subscription for one device, but I now want to add another device. How do I do that? I do understand there may be a cost involved.

We also don't have the option/s available in (our) MyKaspersky account; we raised the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service -> the agent & his Supervisor also don't have the option/s available. Kaspersky Customer Service have escalated this to the experts to find out if the feature has been released *globally* & OR if it's a *partial* release to some regions only at the present time. We're assuming IF/when the option/s are available - the process (hopefully) will be clear in the MyKaspersky account, IF not we'll seek to have as much information available so (you) have assistance. Maybe a temporal wireless device not connected now? If not the case, I would change Wi-Fi password in Your router.

Hum version 21.17 is a bit obsolete, current 21.21 That IP comes from Your local network, so check the device with that local IP. You can use tool: Wireless Network Watcher, to check IPs in your local network.

на Дзене. Часто при открытии любой новой страницы Дзена (или мэйлру, который так же из дзена берет публикации). Конкретного адреса нет. Поддержка дзена мне ответила, что они откорректируют банеры.Они стали меньше, закрывают теперь не всю страницу целиком а только часть.

i have version 21.17.7.539 and the attack source is 192.168.1.14 (port:58276) also the first 7 digits of this ip's adress are the same as mine

Ну правильно. Блокируется сбор данных. В данном случае Яндекс-метрика. Это для владельцев сайтов это нужно. А пользователь не всегда хочет чтобы о нем собирали какую-то информацию. Я уже дал ссылку - https://support.kaspersky.ru/help/Kaspersky/Win21.21/ru-RU/92436.htm

Вместе с отключением информера появляются эти ошибки (скриншот прикрепил).

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста. Стал пропадать информер Yandex Metrika с сайта во время работы антивируса и появляются ошибки в консоли браузера. Как только приостанавливаю защиту, информер появляется и все снова работает (при этом, если включить антивирус все работает некоторое время и снова отключается до приостановки антивируса). Как настроить антивирус, чтобы он не влиял на работу моего сайта? Или, может быть, что-то еще сделать нужно. Надеюсь на вашу помощь.

I have a Kaspersky Premium subscription with (up to 3 devices) and i want to add an extra device to it, and from what i did saw in an official Kaspersky help page it is possible to do so, as shown in bellow screenshot. so i need to know: if it is really possible to add extra device. how to add extra device, because what is in the help page doesn't match anything in the subscription UI

А зачем вы пытаетесь установить Kaspersky Internet Security? Речь же шла о Secure Connection.
