Kaspersky just found this hidden in the Firefox cache folder and the funny part is that I don't even use Firefox that much. I didn't visit any sites on this particular Firefox except Facebook. So, what sort of malware is this? A Trojan stealer or a dropper of some sort? I am running a Full Scan for now and I have uninstalled all the browsers incl Firefox, Chrome. Ciao! Problema risolto con l'assistenza tecnica via telefono. Digitare nel campo indirizzo, del browser in uso, kaspersky-gifts.com/it senza il www uscirà il logo amazon a sinistra, con un menù a tendina x il riscatto dei buoni amazon I buoni sono 4 da 10 euro ciascuno (selezionate 4 sotto il logo amazon). A destra cliccate su attiva ( tasto verde) e sempre a destra, in basso, cliccate su visualizza i buoni regalo

вот потому он и не работает в России видимо. Вобщем обращайтесь в техподдержку, пусть они посмотрят ваши лицензии и скажут что можно сделать. В любом случае на форуме мы этот вопрос не решим.

Bom dia! Estava avaliando se iria continuar com o kaspersky, minha assinatura ainda tinha 17 dias de validade e do nada processou a renovação automatica bem antes do prazo de vencimento. Vi no site que dentro de 30 dias posso cancelar e pedir estorno, porem não consigo falar com o suporte, já enviei email e não tive retorno. Aparece a opção de chat, clico nela e só redireciona pra topicos e abre a opção de enviar um email de novo, provavelmente é a empresa dificultando o contato pra variar, como faço pra ter acesso a esse bendito chat?

а должна быть еще и в приложении применена. а не просто в лк

Конечно нет, она в лк на сайте активирована.

Check in Your Intrusion Prevention -> Manager applications, that ula.exe is in Low Restricted group, and move it manually to Trusted, if You think You can trust that exe.

OK, si. envie el resumen del problema a Kasperky ya hace una semana pero aun no me han contestado, espero que ellos puedan localizar y añadir la excepcion a su base de datos. gracias !!

He podido reproducir el problema en una VM con Kaspersky Premium 21.23: Así que sí, parece un falso positivo en ejecución, ya que analizando bajo demanda el instalador, no detecta nada. Para corregir este tipo de falso positivo, hay que enviar trazas del producto al Soporte de Kaspersky, tomadas mientras se reproduce el problema. Aunque puedo intentar enviar los 2 exe detectados:

Above screenshots have been generated on a Dutch version , i am running as well on another iPhone the English version with following available options : Security Databases Security Scan VPN Safe Money Phishing & Malware filter Anti-Banner Private Browsing Smart Home Monitor Safe Kids Social Privacy Data Leak Checker Password Safety Wi-Fi Security Check Which version are you running , if needed please update on the App Store ? Kaspersky Technical Support is suggesting " If needed, try reactivating your license by signing in to your MyKaspersky account and see if the issue persists. Kindly update us on the results. " ⚠️ Also , please disconnect and reconnect the app from My Kaspersky ? On my side the problem was spontaneously fixed without any intervention, on all my devices i got prompted with "All limitations are removed " If no fix , Kaspersky Technical Support is your best option.
