I can't uninstall Kaspersky. I have tried using the normal Windows function and for some reason I am prevented from doing that

@Longlife @Schulte Ich habe eben die MR24 durch direktes "Drüberinstallieren" installiert. Bisher alles einwandfrei. Das Problem mit der Browser Erweiterung für Edge besteht immer noch im Admin-Konto. Laut Kaspersky kann man sie aktivieren und kommt dann auf den Link zum Registrieren in Edge, aber der Status in Kaspersky selbst dazu ändert sich nicht. Ich habe die Erweiterung auch mal aus Edge deinstalliert und neu verknüpft, aber weiterhin dasselbe Problem. Aber die Erweiterung ist in Edge aktiv und zeigt mir auch bei Google-Sucheinträgen das Kaspersky-Logo mit der Einstufung der Webseiten an. Und das Status-Anzeige-Problem besteht auch weiterhin nur im Admin-Konto, im Standardkonto passt alles. Vermutlich nur ein kosmetischer Fehler, der weiterhin ignoriert werden kann, richtig? Allerdings habe ich zu etwas anderem noch eine Frage: Beim Überfliegen der Einstellungen bin ich bei dem Hinweis zum "Schutz vor Datensammlung" etwas verwirrt. Das Ganze hat den Status "ein", aber zeigt auch den Hinweis "Aktivieren Sie in den Einstellungen das Verbot der Datensammlung". Ist der Schutz nun aktiv oder muss / kann ich zusätzlich noch etwas aktivieren? (siehe Screenshot). Ich habe auch mal in die Einstellungen geschaut, welche ist da zu empfehlen? Und wie war diese im Vergleich bei der MR23? Danke im Voraus für die Hilfe.

как вы себе это представляете? Перезагружать систему в безопасном режиме не умеет ни одна специализированная утилита по удалению антивирусов. Для этого требуются осознанные действия пользователя. При том что это все-таки просто установщик антивируса, а не специализированная утилита. Установщик по заложенным в него алгоритмам обнаруживает наличие несовместимого антивируса, который может вызвать проблемы при его работе и пытается его удалить. Это далеко не всегда возможно. Тогда он информирует об этом пользователя и прекращает установку. Дальше это уже становится проблемой самого пользователя. Каждый серьезный производитель антивирусов делает собственную утилиту по удалению их продуктов. Потому что в каждом есть свои нюансы, которые лучше всех знает производитель. А то что в вашем случае оказалось достаточно удалить папку в безопасном режиме, не значит что это поможет во всех случаях даже с этим антивирусом.

Sonra 15 ocak gelince baktım my kaspersky hesabımı aboneliğinizi yenilenmedi bir bildrim gördüm. tamam dedim ödeme bilgileri değiştirdim ancak ödemeyi gelince banka kartında işlem için yeterli bakiye olmasına rağmen abonelik yenileme talebi reddedildi. sonra kaspersky store websitesi girdim - siparişler bi baktım durum iptal edildi gözükmüş. Bu durumda sonra buraya bir topic açmama sebebi buydu. acaba iptal edildi diye mi tüm sorunları çıkıyor çünkü 15 ocaktan beri bir işlem olmamamış sonra? Kafam takıldı bu konunda ve sizinle danışmak istedim.
