Следует полагать, что проблема не в приложении от "Kaspersky", а в базе данных. Как вариант обратиться к администратору БД, либо почитать доступную информацию в сети (например) и попробовать решить вопрос самостоятельно, либо обратиться в тех.поддержку "Kaspersky", где помогут решить вопрос. Как было сказано выше, для начала следует подключиться к БД и отобразить список таблиц, где выверить значение "Collation". Примерные шаги: 1. От root ввести mysql 2. В приглашении команды > выбрать БД, например: use KAV; 3. Отобразить список таблиц выбранной БД: show table status; 4. Изучить отобразившуюся информацию, после подумать, что делать дальше.

Net doorgestuurd. Misschien kan ik het zo laten ik weet het niet. Want nogmaals er is vorig jaar geen betalings transactie geweest. Mogelijks kan ik gewoon Kaspersky verwijderen en zal er verder ook niks gebeuren.

De Support zou onder normale omstandigheden uw abonnement moeten kunnen achterhalen op basis van het email addres dat uw Kaspersky applicatie verbindt met uw My Kaspersky account, ofwel ook op basis van uw licentie sleutel. И какие проблемы написать если (не Premium) то (не показывать строку) На этом вся кухня скинов держится, куча всего что есть в Плюсе и Премиуме и заблокированно в Стандарте именно так и работает.

не должна. Премиум поддержка только у Премиум. а в том окне информация для всех
