Друзья, вы рассматриваете приложение с новой инфрой в сравнении с приложением со старой инфрой. Новые клиенты это не делают. Они читают описание на сайте и делают выбор свой. Если их устраивает то, что указано на главное странице, то покупают. Там нигде не заявляется о условно 100 серверах. Следовательно и ожиданий такиз нет. Они берут ровно то, что указано на сайте. Ну и опять же - справка она не для РФ только на русском языке. Уже писалось. Триал доступен из триала. Более того - купил, не понравилось. вернул деньги, если есть гарантия возврата. Ну и просто для раздумий - продукт с новой инфрой продается с 2 числа. Сегодня 11. Жалоб тут на форуме всего пара. Остальное обсуждение идет от тех, кто пользуется (если пользуется) продуктом на прежней инфре. Следовательно не все так "ужасно"?

Добрый день! После смены сетевого оборудования в другом офисе (между офисами построен канал), отвалились несколько машин. C сертификатом всё хорошо, другие машины цепляются к серверу без проблем. Через tnc 13000 порт пробивается без проблем - TcpTestSucceeded: True. Пробовал klmover.exe -address ksc - не помогает. Куда ещё смотреть? Между межсетевыми экранами офисов ограничений по портам нет.

Это да, отдел продаж (маркетинга), как обычно прикрывается всеми другими разделами 😞 Его еще нужно найти, на главной странице, где продается продукт такой кнопки то нет. Если бы было попробуй и купи, тогда многие вопросы бы отпали сами собой, но тогда продажи сильно просядут. Там как обычно: все слишком кратко и запутано. и снова возникает вопрос: почему это все указывается в справке где-то далеко, а не на главной странице, где продается продукт. Никому в здравом уме не придет в голову даже подумать, что из списка может быть доступна только одна локация. В справке вообще речь идет постоянно о "выборе локации", "как выбрать подходящий виртуальный сервер", "смене локации сервера"... То есть все во множественном числе. Нету никакой информации, что локация только одна - и все тут. Только после активации и использования клиент сможет понять, что тут за ситуация и решить, надо это ему или нет. Да и то, может он не будет какое-то время пытаться менять сервер, а через месяцок зайдет в настройки - а там пустота. А срок возврата уже вышел. Хоть был бы десяток серверов для начала - люди вошли б в ситуацию, все вроде в курсе происходящего. Вообще, все это в некотором роде напоминает переход пользователей на Ultra AV в США. Ну а чем вы недовольны? Это же тоже антивирус, вирусы ловит - в чем проблема-то? А здесь: это же KSeC, соединение шифрует - что вам еще надо-то?

Installed these updates without issues with active K.Plus 21.21(a) on two systems. To minimise such errors it's better to apply a restore point from the WinRE (with access to WinRE from settings). In general, the system restore feature is quite "crooked": you never know what will restore and how.🙂

Это на самом деле вопрос терминологии 🙂 Главное что программа одна, но функционал зависит от лицензии. А уж что там еще может отличаться кроме списка серверов и протоколов это второй вопрос.

Функциональность разная. Ибо есть не только список серверов в приложении.

Опять неверно: функциональность у них не может быть разная, ибо она одна в принципе и любого ВПН: подключиться к выбранному серверу, и шифровать трафик. Все! Список из одного сервера - это не другая функциональность, это говоря терминами автопрома - бедная (базовая) комплектация. Но подключившись к этому серверу - работать оно должно одинаково (с поправкой понятно на пинг, ибо Россия большая, и от Красноярска до Голландии - не очень близко).

Марат, выше писалось, что приложение одно, но оно может иметь разную функциональность в зависимости от лицензии. Об этом и в справке информация есть. Покупая продукт на сайте клиент знакомится с заявленной функциональностью и решает для себя - нужно оно ему или нет. Есть триал чтобы попробовать. Итого для НОВЫХ клиентов (новые покупки) идет продукт на новой инфраструктуре с заявленными характеристиками на сайте.

вот, теперь мы с тобой договорились - это самая обычная "старая" программа, которая просто-напросто использует другой список (из целой одной позиции) серверов. Кому она нужна в таком виде (ну например подключиться к северу Казахстана, который пускает только из Казахстана) и заплатить коммуналку, покуда проводишь отпуск в Крыму, либо наоборот - подключиться к северу РФ, находясь в Белоруссии для этой же цели) - ну то дело десятое, и совсем не мои проблемы: я лично с 13 года никуда не езжу, ибо самолетов боюсь (да и нет их уже четвертый год в Крыму), мост как показала статистика дело ненадежное, а паромы - еще хуже. И онлайн-кинотеатры - это не только Ютуб. Но на ум почему-то Ютуб приходит чаще, чем РуТуб. И да, это очень хорошо, что убрали тот дурацкий текст, ибо да- он вводил в заблуждение.

Марат, хорошо, скажу так - у приложения, которое использует прежнюю инфраструктуру. Ну и про торренты - они не заканчиваются на рутрекере. Итого - вся информация доступна при покупке продукта на сайте.

Hello I bought subscription of Kaspersky Premium Internet Security from a third party for 3 devices and for two years they have provided me access to their company subscription i presume using my email. i downloaded the app and in settings I seen the phrase "Protect up to 20 device with your subscription" under the phrase are 4 out of 20 device registered. I asked them to provide the subscription via a serial number but they said it is better to send an invitation via email because this the subscription is preserved and can continue in case i formatted the Device. so my questions are: Can the owner of my subscription access any information other than Device name? also can they tamper with my device in any way? also can i really add two more device using my email as they said?, or im going to need to go back to them and ask them to add two more devices using their invitation method? Hi @Bav, It is desirable to have the very latest database updates all the time, but not absolutely necessary. Kaspersky has extensive capabilities to detect malware as soon as it is launched. This works for a certain time even without up-to-date databases. The latest signatures would be an advantage for a scan, but undetected malware is harmless as long as it is not launched. Then the program control and other detection techniques intervene again. If the scan you start thinks the databases are too old, it will offer to update them first. But they are never really out of date. As soon as your computer is online, your Kaspersky can receive urgent information via the KSN and is therefore informed about the very latest known malware. If you still prefer a quick way for updates, you can create a batch file on the desktop, for example. For the MR21 the command is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky 21.21\avp.com" update Then it's just a double-click...

I found this topic whilst searching for a way to make the update window smaller. It seems it can not be done below 1 hour. I just wanted to know the automatic default, so it's indeed every 2 hours? OK so 1 hour is faster than that, I set to 8am every hour and 2 minutes after app start as I don't see the point of the delay with that which defaulted to 15 minutes. Honestly, I would prefer setting the update schedule to every 15 minutes and I think Kaspersky should allow the paranoid user like myself to set it that frequently, as what can it harm? it's not as if it causes any network slowdown or PC performance issues. Nevertheless, I do run an update myself before every manual scan, so that brings another thing. When we right click the K icon in taskbar, I think a very easy option to add and a very useful one would be to have an update shortcut. So we can just right click icon and update. No? Any reason why this would be a bad idea? The way it is now I have to open the interface and navigate to the security tab and click update. It's not the end of the world, just could be really easy with a shortcut in the right click menu. There are so many other things you can do there, like exit, pause protection etc, I think an update option would be great. Edit: Typos

Hallo @scope, war leider ein paar Tage beschäftigt, bin jetzt wieder "anwesend". Für Deine manchmal fehlenden Berichte habe ich immernoch keine schlüssige Erklärung. Sie scheinen ja vorhanden zu sein, werden aber nicht zuverläsig angezeigt. Das GUI hat offensichtlich Probleme, immer alle Einträge anzuzeigen - warum auch immer. Die neue Windowsversion kann durchaus einen Einfluss auf das Ganze haben. Mit 24H2 der 11er wurden einige wichtige Windowsfunktionen geändert, manche APIs wurden neu zusammengestellt und Funktionen geändert. Für ein AV-Programm nicht ganz einfach, sich damit zu arangieren. So kommen aber auch bei Kaspersky zwangsweise neue/geänderte Module dazu, die eventuell für die von Dir beobachteten Veränderungen in Frage kommen. Wenn Du z. B. im Bericht der Programmüberwachung den Benutzer "NT-AUTORITÄT\SYSTEM" findest, wurde ein Programm überwacht, das durch einen Systemprozess (also Windows selbst bzw Programme mit Systemrechten) gestartet wurde. Fast immer berichtet der Eintrag davon, dass das genannte Programm kurz überwacht und danach einer bestimmten Gruppe (Vertrauenswürdig/Schwach beschränkt/...) zugewiesen wurde. Ob mit der Kaspersky-Neuinstallation Deine Problemchen behoben werden, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen. Auch mit dem automatischen Upgrade muss die Situation nicht besser werden, es ist nur ein kosmetischer Fehler. Aber ob dieses mal das automatische Upgrade erfolgt, würde mich brennend interessieren.
