Hola a todos, aacabo de comprar una suscripcion hace 2 dias y siguen mis problemas con la vpn. La conecto y no puedo navegar nada. Me quedo sin internet. Ya hice el reclamo en el soporte pero parece que tardan una eternidad. Y ya hice de todo, instale y desinstale mil veces.

В общем, что-то тут намутили с акцией. Нигде не указывается, что подписка будет приобретаться для того аккаунта, из которого осуществлен переход по акционной ссылке. Ни в самом рекламном окне (скрин выше), ни в корзине при оформлении (скрин ниже). Форма оформления абсолютно стандартная - указывается почта, куда высылаются подробности. Это явно неправильно. Даже если человек для себя приобретает, он может хотеть защитить другие устройства свои или родственников/друзей. Что тут будет дальше после покупки - тоже неизвестно: то ли новая лицензия отдельно будет в аккаунте, то ли продукты Free перейдут на нее... Одна сплошная непрозрачность. Раньше вроде такого не было, публиковались такие ссылки, не было подобных жалоб. Так он и был указан другой, там сразу ничего нельзя нажать, нужно все поля заполнять.

I’ll be honest, I may be a bit biased, but I also follow what they’re doing for a few years quite closely. PureVPN today is not the same company it was years ago. After the old controversy, they rebuilt their logging architecture and had it audited multiple times by independent firms (including KPMG). Their current policy clearly says they don’t store activity logs or IPs that can identify users; that’s actually more transparency than many VPN providers offer. They were the first ones to be an AlwaysOn nologged VPN. For me, the real pain right now looks like missing features and regional performance, not that Kaspersky “doesn’t care about privacy.” Those issues can be fixed if enough users log tickets with proper details (country, ISP, server, issue type, etc.), so Kaspersky has concrete data to take back to the provider. I also spoke with PureVPN’s customer support about this transition. They said they’re in the middle of a major infrastructure upgrade, with a lot of additional locations being added over the coming weeks, and that they’re planning to bring back not just double VPN but other advanced features that people are missing once the new setup stabilizes. And one more thing that gives me some confidence: on the enterprise side, PureVPN is quietly getting pretty big. It’s not just Kaspersky – large brands like Samsung are also leveraging PureVPN’s technology on the backend. Big enterprises don’t usually hand their user traffic to just “any” VPN infrastructure; there has to be something solid there for them to sign off on it. So by all means, keep pushing Kaspersky to restore features and improve routing/servers. But based on their current audits, policy, and the kind of enterprise customers they’re serving, calling PureVPN a “scam” doesn’t really line up with how their platform is operating today.

Bom dia. quando fiz a assinatura do plano VPN dizia que seria uma assinatura vitalícia mas agora está surgindo um aviso que minha assinatura vence em 8 dias e que preciso fazer uma assinatura nova. No mínimo isso é antiético, por que quando lançaram o serviço e para conseguir assinantes a oferta era de um serviço vitalício e agora está pedindo renovação?

Birkaç gün önce sözleşme yenileme işlemi yapmak zorunda bıraktınız. Ondan sonra çalışan VPN uygulaması çalışmaz hale geldi. Hiçbir siteye erişemiyorum. Çifte VPN özelliği kullanıyordum ve çok güzel çalışıyordu. Sözleşme yenilenmesi sonrası çifte VPN sekmesi ortadan kayboldu ve VPN bağlanıyor gibi gözükse de hiçbir yere bağlanmıyor. En kısa sürede çözülmezse derhal otomatik yenilemeyi iptal edeceğim.

Нет, я не из поддержки, но у меня всё работает) Проблема недоступности соединения решается через поддержку. Но первый же совет, который они дадут – это обновиться до последней версии. Поэтому проще это сделать сейчас, а если проблема останется – сразу перейти к дальшейшим действиям

Галочку "внедрять в трафик скрипт взаимодействия с веб-страницами" поставьте. Там прямо в описании указано что это необходимый компонент для веб-контроля. Лично я еще убираю галочку "ограничить трафик при лимитном подключении", т.к. в некоторых случаях даже при хорошем широком канале KES может весьма медленно обновлять базы. После изменения параметра дождитесь обновления политики на локальной машине (до 15 минут) и убедитесь что браузер был закрыт. Потом откройте браузер и снова попытайтесь зайти на запрещенный сайт.

Судя по вашему совету- вы с другой планеты что ли? Ни у кого ничего не работает, и ни от какой версии ничего не зависит. Вы с поддержки? Все бес толку, сидим чего то ждем и ищем другой vpn параллельно...

поосле последнего обновления VPN не работает. Он отображается как подключенный на обоих телефонах, но не работает. Мой компьютер вообще не подключается. Я установил новые версии, но ничего не изменилось.

у меня версия приложения 21.23.6.614-3 (a) я хочу возврат средств,я покупал впн для ютуба и дискорда,в итоге дискорд нельзя,а ютуб не работает,ну то есть сам впн не работает

Hello again, can you share minimal ksc-web-console-setup.json file. The manual says: response file must contain the parameters for interacting with the IAM component, even if you do not use single sign-on (SSO). Well, i do now want to use it (in that case admin server and web soncole are on the same host), i think that reason to unsuccessfull websonsole access can be that file. Thank You!
