Hello, first of all a user should not have the possibility to pause or stop KES components or protection at all. You should apply a policy with password protection or hide the KES Ui for Workstation by the policy There is a task "Start Process" which can be configured by Kaspersky Web Console only. Make sure the Web Console Plugin for your KES Version is applied. Create a new task and select "Start Process". Once it is created you can add a command to the application settings, i.e. avp start Please find details about the possible commands here: https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/12.9/en-US/181291.htm https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/12.9/en-US/181294.htm If you want you can also start the KES components manually by the device properties. Та же проблема, что у автора темы. С некоторых пор (чуть меньше недели, наверное) страницы некоторых сайтов порой открываются по 10-12 секунд, и только потом прогружаются. И то зачастую с недогруженными элементами (выпадающие списки, изображения, встроенные видео). Стоит выгрузить антивирус - все проблемы исчезают. Kaspersky Plus 21.21.7.384a, Windows 11 Pro. Во всех браузерах эта проблема (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) Создал заявку INC000017602590.

Дня два назад появилась проблема. При запуске Полной проверки и главное быстрой проверки, увеличился подсчет времени. Выполняется проверка 1%. Подсчет оставшегося времени... Ранее сканирование начиналось через5- 10 секунд, сейчас через 10 и 14 минут. (в разное время проверял раз 5) Зачем вы обновляете программу, если она не работает потом? Как исправить ситуацию? Все рекомендации проверил. Также ничего не менялось в конфигурации самого компьютера. Один день включал все отлично, быстро. Второй день началось.

Then You may deploy in two schemas , One using KSC on-prem and for workstation which are out of network but has internet you can deploy using cloud.kaspersky.com or ksc.kaspersky.com

Thank you.@Tahmeed702 for always giving your best shot. Having said that, in your reply I haven't read how the KSC On-prem manages endpoints that are part of my network but spend most of their time working outside of our network. How our Kaspersky on-prem could enforce policies?

Simply put, if every workstation in your infrastructure can be connected to a central server, it can be managed by on-premise KSC, you don't need to configure Distribution Point, Configuring DP/Master-Slave is difficult, and sometimes connections break down easily and are difficult to troubleshoot, I would recommend using on-premise KSC if all workstations have centralized connectivity with a server and not deploying through Master-Slave or DP Architecture until Workstations do not require internet access to stay up to date; updates are downloaded from KSC.
