По крайней мере в Хроме файл нормально скачивается - со стандартной и улучшенной защитой. Что там вообще такое на ВТ у них крутится за "антивирус" от Гугла - непонятно.) ZA раньше был с движком ЛК, сейчас вроде нет. Но на ВТ тоже непонятно, что запущено.

Знаете, что вот это за файл? Это всего навсего установщик антивируса Авира, в котором аж целый Доктор Веб видит трояна.

@andrew75, файлы чистые. На VT ложный детект. Иногда это бывает связано с неэтичными методами конкурентной борьбы. Мы попробуем связаться с Google/ZoneAlarm для исправления.

Активирован 80-й уровень подозрительности?) На хеш не смотрите, он меняется с каждой загрузкой. На ВТ обычные ложные детекты, каких полным полно.

Подтверждаю. Цифровая подпись присутствует. На установщик Standard-а аналогичный детект. @Igor Kurzin, прокомментируете?

Make sure the KIS activation code is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab? Create a System Restore Point. Uninstall KIS, using Windows, Uninstall OR change a program -> during the *uninstall* do not check/tick any boxes *except* Save license & IF (you've) created Secret vault(s) check/tick the Data Encryption box; READ: KIS, How to uninstall the application. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login. I have been using Safe Money to open bank websites for years and it has always worked well. Today when I try to open any bank website in the Protected Browser I get a message saying "Run error: Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: Process was stopped." I am in Firefox, Windows 11 24H2 64-bit, Kaspersky Internet Security v. 21.3.10.391(m) databases are up to date. Subscription: Active Paid until: Feb 16, 2026 Remaining days: 284 Please advise.

In the Kaspersky interface - are there any Recommendations OR Notifications *OUTSTANDING*? Dear Madam or Sir! I can't open certain parts of www.google.com in any browser (e.g. latest Firefox)! For example, I would like to search for images on www.google.com. Then I would like to select the size of images to list for me. I click on the drop down menu but it does nothing 😞 So far it has worked! What could be the problem? I have attached a picture. Hi, last 2 days outlook won’t connect to mail server. It managed to connect at first after 2-3 Outlook/PC restarts. At the end, when I disable Mail Anti-Virus, it is working. Please solution. If the malicious object is downloaded while Mail Anti-Virus is disabled will File anti-virus and/or other KIS modules detect if malicious object take effect?
