the problem is that everything has access... not the other way around.thats why i posted here.its ignoring the network rules. now lets say the things with there name. if you have a firewall its purpose is to block internet not block files from registry.thats a great thing to have but its not the firewall purpose.... can you give me a solution to have the thing i asked above? if not then i think its time for me to change my security program.

ok dont shoot pls. i wanted to create an automation when whatever new file on system wanted access to the network would get NO access so i made a folder named full network and puted there whatever litle i wanted to have access there. the rules was not inherited .it was deny(everywhere alse) or allow (full network ). please dont dont start with hidden network etc. the problem is that it was working and now it isnt. everything has access.... its ignoring the network rules.and its isnt in like some microsoft exe or dll or whatever. its also in a simple program like winrar. so whats wrong and what do you propose to make the firewall act like i want it. a folder given all access and everything else blocked

As @AlexeyKsaid, Your last link about that app analysis, looks like a Kaspersky app installer, about Photo Recovery, that app looks legit ALWAYS if You use the official installer, and not a mod or an app installer downloaded from a suspicious site, and not the official site.

Здравствуйте. Сегодня поймал удивительного вируса. Купил видеокарту недорого. На Озоне. Говорят, на витрине стояла. 1070. Воткнул. Начал ставить драйвера. Смотрю. У меня архивчик на рабочем столе сам мелькнул. И пропал. Я, естественно, шнур интернета выдернул. И перезагузился в линукс. И начал наблюдать удивительную картину, как у меня в папку загрузки сыплется софт. Я его удаляю, а он снова летит. Там даже сервер под винду падал. Денвер. Драйвера на мою материнку... Касперский ни звука. Ладно, гружу винду в безопасном режиме. Лезу в службы и обнруживаю драйвер Рам диска. И отключить зараза не даёт. Отдавать не хочу. Интересно сбороть. Тут, наверное, только биос шить? К сожалению это было уже ночью. Не было сил нормально понаблюдать. Пока компьютер не включал.
