Employees may elect to receive cash in lieu of their own State-sponsored medical insurance and/or dental insurance plan and must certify that they have health and/or dental insurance through a spouse, domestic partner, or another source (see eligibility restrictions Section , Eligibility for FlexElect). Employees, except permanent intermittent (PI) employees, who are currently enrolled in the Cash Option will be automatically reenrolled into the Cash Option for the next FlexElect Plan Year. Therefore, these employees are not required to B2C datasets complete a Cash Option Enrollment Authorization (STD. C) during the annual FlexElect Open Enrollment Period unless they wish to cancel or change their Cash Option enrollment. PI employees are required to reenroll (complete a new STD. C) for each year they wish to receive the Cash Option. Under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) governing the FlexElect Program, employees who complete a form to enroll in FlexElect during the annual FlexElect Open Enrollment Period have until December of the same year, to cancel or change their FlexElect Open Enrollment elections (for the next plan year). This rule also applies to employees who are automatically reenrolled in the Cash Option. Accordingly, if employees wish to cancel or change their automatic Cash Option reenrollment after the open enrollment period, they may do so no later than December (prior to the new plan year). Employees who are not enrolled in the Cash Option and wish to enroll for the next FlexElect Plan Year, must complete a STD. C during the current FlexElect Open Enrollment Period. Dental Cash Option Three-Year Commitment Once enrolled in the Dental Cash Option, the employee is obligated to stay in the Dental Cash for three plan years. After completion of the three plan year commitment, employees may enroll in a State dental plan during the next open enrollment period. The Personnel Office should take steps to monitor the three-year commitment and ensure compliance when employees request cash option enrollment/changes during or after the open enrollment period. Exception to the three-year commitment: If employees lose their other dental coverage, they have days (after the loss of coverage) to cancel the dental cash and reenroll into a State-sponsored dental plan. If this action is not requested within the -day period, employees must wait until the next open enrollment period to cancel the cash and reenroll into a dental plan. Medical Reimbursement Account (MRA) Employees may authorize a monthly deduction to be placed into a MRA to reimburse themselves for eligible medical expenses. The deduction is taken from the employees' paychecks before federal, state, and social security taxes are assessed. The minimum contribution into the account is $ per month; the annual maximum is $, per year. (Over a -month period, the monthly maximum is $) Employees who enroll mid-year can still contribute the annual maximum. In this situation, the monthly maximum deduction would not be limited to $ Employees may not request reimbursement from this account to pay for any out-of-pocket premium costs for their medical and/or dental insurance. Employees may reference the FlexElect Program handbook which provides a partial list of expenses that are payable under the State's FlexElect MRA.

  11. I already wrote to support - even before I found the forum - they are slow (for a paid service). I bought it later than the Kaspersky package - so it is a stand alone version, I guess. I had the same problem with first installing it, as the sign in always sends me to the Russian version....
  12. Парни кофе здесь не причём. Вкратце: - Данный код был дважды предложен на форуме ru-board мудрецу, он же kmscom модератор этого форума. К великому сожалению он был забанен на том форуме в восьмой раз. Так как здесь не проявили должной активности и интереса я отдал его другим участникам компьютерной крнференции ru-board. Хотелось бы получить ответ от знающих пользователей на полностью очищенной системе от Kaspersky. В системной папке C:\System Volume Information хранится информация о версиях Kaspersky начиная с версии K4W-21-21 и выше. Хотелось бы узнать с какой целю ЛК позволяет своему продукту лезть в эту скрытую и недоступную для открытия папку?

Is Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection a *stand-alone-subscription* OR part of Kaspersky Premium & OR Kaspersky Plus subscription(s)? 21.23.6.614-1 is being distributed in a staggered distribution, depending on where (you) reside, the distribution may not have commenced there yet - for example in our location - 21.23 in English is not yet available... Another user with a similar issue resolved it by using https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/premium - the *full* Kaspersky Premium package, from Kaspersky's main website OR: Please submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, fill in the template as shown, provide a *detailed history* Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?   14. @serglogin, вы не на базаре, выбирайте выражения. Настройка - Настройки безопасности - Настройки сети. В блоке "Проверка защищенных соединений" перейдите по ссылке "Настроить доверенные адреса". Добавьте адрес *.matchtv.ru и сохраните настройки.
  15. Добрый день! После обновления базы антивирусов заблокирован доступ к видео на vimeo.com. Я учусь в нескольких онлайн-школах, и везде теперь одна и та же проблема. Ещё вчера всё отлично работало.

  20. I updated the app. Only result is, that it is now in Russian (I do not speak Russian). So now I have two problems.
  21. Hi, I use Secure Connect / VPN for 18 months and never had issues. For hours now, I am not able to connect. The App "connects" - but then the internet is dead. Restarted the app, restarted the computer, tried different countries. Any tips?
  22. Brave браузер у меня основной, но так же пользуюсь браузерами от Гугла и Майкрософт. В них во всех проявилась данная проблема, но во всех нажал на появившуюся строчку и данное сообщение больше пока не появляется. Надеюсь, что больше и непоявится.

Два ПК с одинаковыми материнскими платами, видеокарты разные (Sapphire NITRO+ AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB и Sapphire TOXIC AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Extreme Edition Gaming 16GB), драйвера установлены крайние версии на все устройства. Программы тоже почти одинаковые, за исключением игр. Версии .NET установлены все версии и разрядности (х86 и х64). Написсал в техподдержку Касперского, приложил отчёт и также ссылку на сообщение на форуме (где скниншоты). Буду ждать ответа.
