Всем доброго времени суток и с прошедшими праздниками! Такой вопрос, есть аккаунт Kaspersky Free на 3 устройства. После установки на новое устройство при помощи файла подготовленного в аккаунте, интерфейс оказался на молдавском (румынском) языке (устройство физически находится в Молдавии). Ни при подготовке файла, ни в процессе установки вопросов по поводу выбора языка интерфейса не было. В панели управления Kaspersky Free в разделе "Настройки" есть раздел "Интерфейс", но пункта смены языка интерфейса в нём нет. Вопрос - как сейчас поменять язык интерфейса на русский или английский язык? Благодарю за ответ! -

Gib es schon Neuigkeiten zu dem VPN Problem? Vielleicht ein Update seitens Kaspersky? Seit Ende November habe ich immer noch kein VPN. Ich kann mich mit keinem Server verbinden und das an allen meinen Rechnern. Habe schon mehrmals beide VPN Programm Versionen ausprobiert: 21.23.6.614-1(a) und 21.23.6.614-2(a) Mein Microsoft Edge und Google Chrome Browser meldet immer noch: ERR_TIMED_OUT Gruß Jan

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Our downloadable Windows tool is also EV code-signed, so if an older unsigned build was involved in the initial detection, it has now been replaced with the clean, signed version. I rescanned the site and the current homepage HTML (SHA-256: 8bc821aca2333a7f3687b2c97aa43cfe63606208570e4e58a4ace734e8ec1f6a) shows 0/61 detections. Could Kaspersky Virus Lab please re-analyse the current version of https://metehanreset.com/ and update the classification if it is now clean? This is a small commercial site for printer maintenance tools and the “Botnet C&C / malware” label is seriously affecting my business. Thank you in advance. -

Hello, My domain aliexpress[.]ru[.]com is currently being flagged as “Botnet C&C / Malware” by some reputation and security services, including Kaspersky, and I would like to request a review as the issue has already been resolved. The domain is owned and managed by us. It is a WordPress-based website. In the past, the site was temporarily compromised and unintentionally contained malicious scripts and outbound connections, which may have led to the current detection. After identifying the issue, we have taken the following actions: - Removed all malicious scripts, links, and injected code - Eliminated all botnet-related and unauthorized outbound connections - Cleaned both website files and the database - Reset all credentials and secured the hosting environment - Updated WordPress core, themes, and plugins - Implemented additional security hardening and continuous monitoring Current verification results: - No malware hosted or distributed - No malicious redirects - No outbound connections to known malicious or suspicious domains - Only standard WordPress assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images) The website is now fully clean and operational, and we are confident that it no longer poses any security risk. We kindly ask the Kaspersky team to re-evaluate aliexpress.ru.com and remove the Botnet C&C / Malware classification if possible, as this false positive is negatively affecting our reputation and users’ trust. Hello THask, Of course I understand that the fact of running an installation in silent mode means that there's no output at all returned. But, the installation process should take some minutes to complete, and I suppose that while it is running, even in silent mode, the command prompt will wait until the install process completes to appear again. I mean, I don't think that a new process forks from the command prompt, and allows the command prompt to appear again immediately after me entering the install command and pressing enter. For me, the normal behaviour would be me entering the install command, and wait for the command prompt to appear again once the install has completed. I've haven't seen any install log in user temp or windows temp.
