Its interesting that I reproduced in Edge, when "use edge" was the workaround for my brother. In my testing, when using edge... removing the kaspersky browser extension fixes the problem (so may be my brother did not have the extension enabled in edge), or just shutting down Kaspersky for a bit. So as I said, not interested in workarounds... its wrong/broken and should be fixed. I have raised a ticket ... and Kaspersky in contact, asking me jump through all sorts of hoops.. So lets see how it pans out.

Já desinstalei e reinstalei o Kaspersky. Não funcionou. Reinstalei apenas a VPN e ela funciona após a instalação e depois ao reiniciar novamente ela para de funcionar. Desse modo, sempre que preciso usar a VPN tenho que reinstalar a VPN versão 21.23.6.614-1 - Microsoft Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 26200. Passou a ficar com esse erro após a ultima atualização.

Это не совсем так. Приоритет анализа проблем и возможного исправления зависит от разных параметров. В данном случае запросы не требуются. Жалобы с форума учитываются.

От количества запросов зависит же приоритет решения (9237074). Нужно ждать, главное чтобы ее решили.

People wants all automatic and ready for use. But you not... You received PM explaining this. Not only kaspersky works like this many AV software is set to automatic. As i wrote above if you want maybe bypass it try steps above. But i am not guarantee that it will work.

Именно в таком виде проблему со скриптом/расширением еще не встречал, что-то новенькое.) Наверное, пока не придумают какую-то другую реализацию, так оно и будет постоянно - то одно отвалится, то другое развалится.)

That's exactly what I was talking about: automatic updates without asking or giving you an option to opt-out. I paid for this software, and I expect at least that small amount of control. Here in the chat, I received an explanation - it's designed this way for "less experienced users" What a weak justification! Those "less experienced users" often don't even know how to install the application; they pay for computer maintenance. So, why cater to them? Experienced users make up the majority of Kaspersky's user base, so the company should grant them control over the application instead of taking it away. Why make it more difficult? I suspect there’s a reason for this decision, and I'm fairly certain it wasn't made for the user's benefit.

@andrew75 Воспроизвел, это опять какие-то проблемы из-за скрипта, видимо. У Вас включена защита от сбора данных. Если ее отключить, перезапустить антивирус и браузер - будет нормально. От расширения он вообще не зависит. Или я не понял, о чем речь?

Добрый день Пытался установить KES 12.2 на ноутбук с MacOS версии 26.1 с помощью KSC Приложение устанавливается успешно, но отображается через KSC в статусе "Неактивно". В статусе устройства написано "Защита выключена", "Приложение безопасности не запущено". При этом на ноутбуке KES включен, лицензия активирована.

Please note product is updated gradually according region etc... So other people can have new version sooner like you.. In older version was choice keep current version or update new. Now it is automatic. Maybe you can disable automatic update (i didnt tried) but you can if you want really stay on older build. In Taskmanager is Kaspersky upgrade launcher which run everyday (at logon user). Try disable it. Or simply block upgrade.exe in program files by firewall.

Уточнение - это не зависит от обновления самого приложения до новой версии.
