Vous pouvez quand même remplir le formulaire c'est ce que j'ai fait sans renseigner le numéro de licence demandé cela a créer un ticket d incident et ils m on nt contacter par mail avec la procédure de diagnostic.... Bon courage, je comprends que l'on préfère quand tout fonctionne espérons que tout rentre dans l' ordre rapidement.

Maintenant, j'ai trouvé, mais on me demande le numéro de licence ou d'activation qui sont masqués sur My kaspersky donc je suis en rade bonjour, le VPN est presque anéanti , des pays ont été supprimés. Cela ne passe plus ; pas la peine de me demander des fichiers , des logs, etc. Kaspersky sait très bien ce qu'ils font. Il n'y a aucune réponse dans ce forum. Mon échéance annuelle est dans quelques jours. Je regarde donc ailleurs.
  4. @dandy71 Bonjour et bienvenu sur le Forum Voici l'annonce officielle : " En raison d'une mise à jour de l'infrastructure VPN : 1) Le nombre de serveurs VPN disponibles passera d'environ 105 à environ 85, les serveurs les plus courants resteront disponibles. 2) La fonctionnalité du routeur, la sélection des protocoles et les options double VPN disparaîtront. 3) L'application VPN restera identique à celle utilisée auparavant sur toutes les plateformes. Si des problèmes persistent avec la dernière version, veuiillez demander la création d'un ticket d'assistance. "
  5. SAME HERE, IT'S NOT WORKING FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS SINCE THE NEW UPDATE. I ACCCEPTED THE NEW TERMS AND THE MIGRATIONS WHICH WAS UNCLEAR EXPLAINED.
  6. Yeah... currently, many features have been removed, and I have been personally experiencing much more slowness in my VPN connections as well. It's just hardly reliable for me. I'm waiting for them to hopefully address the issues by at-most January since that's when my renewal would happen... if nothing does, then I will have to cancel as well. It's just becoming an unreliable VPN at this point. Let's see what happens I suppose.

  8. Добрый день! На ПК установлена Windows 10, сегодня поставил Касперский Премиум лицензия на 3 машины. После установки все вроде работало нормально, но спустя минут 5-10 начал зависать компьютер, если я выключаю Касперского никаких проблем нет. До этого стоял Касперский Секьюрити и все было хорошо.

    Хотя в лицензии указано, что их можно активировать в любой стране, кроме Европейского союза, Великобритании, Бразилии, Вьетнама, а также для резидентов штата Калифорния.

    Такая же проблема,все сервера один в один без соединения с сайтами.Даже через "Россия" из Евросоюза нет доступа к сайтам (.ru)😪

  14. @cYcLo Your are welcome. When activating a VPN connection you are using a ‘private tunnel’ through which you encrypt all data transmitted over the network which is preventing cybercriminals to intercept or view your data ?
  15. Thank you. What I see now is that the servers are all in the wrong countries, like for ex. i chose the Hungary server, and I realize I was connected to Romania. Something is very wrong with this. I can still connect to some servers who are in the right country, but there are only a few good ones. On the other hand the Eula, mentioned a new entity who is the rights holder, and there is no way to know who or what is it. Also who has my data now?

I thought I'm alone very disappointed, very angry, what this stupid update, I was happy with the old version now what no gaming server no choice to chose protocols it's even not working since yesterday i lost 10 hours to fix the stupidity of someone and still on it, how much stupid can you get, ask the one made this very much more so stupid update. I don't even think the kaspersky customer care service care for our feedback but i must say it for the records, For years i had been a customer to kaspersky vpn and security if the issue is not resolved, it's a Sayonara.

  18. Hello @saleem mq, Welcome! Recently Kaspersky has undergone a update of the VPN infrastructure. All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will no longer be available. Kaspersky are continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. IF (your) VPN application, on any device is not working, please follow the guide on the support site, shown here, IF that does not work, please log a support request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?     Мне кажется, проблема в тех серверах что предлагает программа, а не в самой программе. У меня вот сейчас на планшете нормально, а на компе не хочет конектится к серверу, хотя ещё 50 минут назад работало.

    такая же проблема, впн теперь не работает, брал ключ на яндексе, почитал тут, вывод только что вы из РФ вам ничего нельзя, ну спасибо, а зачем я деньги платил? дайте другую лицензию или что то еще чтобы работало, что за отношение к клиентам
  22. Date: 29/11/2025 Hello Kaspersky Support, I am contacting you regarding an urgent issue with my Kaspersky Plus subscription. Suddenly, the VPN stopped recognizing my active subscription. I tried everything on my side: restarting my router, reinstalling the application, clearing data, and even installing it again from the Galaxy Store since it is not available on Google Play. At first, the app refused to detect my paid subscription at all, which is why I deleted it. After reinstalling it from the Galaxy Store, it finally recognized my account and subscription — but the VPN no longer connects on any device. The VPN fails to connect on: My phone My main PC My laptop (which is on a completely separate network) I have tried switching servers, logging in/out, reinstalling the app, restarting devices, and checking my network settings. Nothing worked. This issue started today without any changes from my side. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Bien. j'ai passé les fichiers à l'anylseur du support https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ je n'arrive pas trop à décrypter le résultat de l'analyse qui en ressort. et J'ai par la suite transmis les fichiers eml au support KS. Attendons le retour, pour savoir ce qu'il en est. Bon weekend @Berny @leonardeau
  26. Totally agree. I've been a loyal costumer for a lot of years now but it seems that the time to move to another "infraestructure" is coming, and fast.
