Именно это я и читал, брандмауэр отключал, на пути нет никаких экранов. Порты доступны. Через точки распространения получается опросить, а вот с самого сервера - нет (

Как таковой проблемы и не было. Изначально было не понятно, какую задачу Вы создаёте, да и после не прояснилось. Остальное всё догадки.

我也不明白为啥非要限制用户的激活次数，明明可以绑定硬件id的方式防止一号多用（只要硬件没发生变化就可以直接联网激活）。至于质疑用户为啥重装系统是否有点管的太宽了，这是用户的自由。

Если кто-то столкнётся с подобной проблемой, я решил ее с помощью пункта Удаленная деинсталляция программы задав свою строку удаления powercfg -h off, и все отработало как надо и привелегий хватило

When I tried to sync with the account, Chrome retrieved old bookmarks. It seems that the new bookmarks were not synchronized with the account.

There is no Safe Browsing option in the managed Kaspersky Endpoint Security client, but there is a Web Protection component, and yes, turning that off in the policy for all the computers in the container on the admin server and restarting them does allow access as I mentioned in my original post. However, that would be a case of the cure being (considerably) worse than the disease... Web Protection is essential as there's hardly a day when some employee does not come across an infected web site that could easily result in a company-wide breach and/or take down the entire network. It's not really an option to turn off Web Protection any more than it is to turn off Kaspersky entirely.

Это наиболее часто используемые сайты, для которых мне нужен vpn. Discord прекрасно открывался на прошлой неделе, в последний раз в пятницу, и я думала это норма Подписка новая, да.

Кроме этих двух ничем не пользуетесь, раз ни к чему нет доступа?) Discord заблокирован уже давно, он и не должен открываться. YT - тут как карта ляжет, если новая подписка - тогда проблемы вполне могут быть, об этом есть выше.

Have (you) read & followed *all* the steps in the resource provided - were you able to find the two files: Bookmarks and Bookmarks.bak in location: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default & OR Profile1 folder - and did (you) make sure - when doing this procedure (you) were exited OUT of all browsers? Это речь только про проверку почты, Вы же пишете, что новая версия сильно изменилась. Возможно, что это и есть то самое сильное, хоть и единственное, изменение. Если не боитесь заглянуть в реестр - номер версии, с которой произошло автообновление, записан в параметре UpgradedFromProductVersion в разделе HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.23\environment Вроде старые фри версии принудительно у всех изначально обновляли до новых, поэтому вряд ли.) Хотя, кто его знает.

Hi @Flood I don't think, I am confident, since I just purchased it yesterday and after scanning my laptop, all bookmarks were unavailable.

further investigation - I think its the "Safe Browsing" causing the issues.... switch it off... seems to stop the err_too_many_redirects
