In China and other regions, there are some extremely well-known and even essential software applications that are currently plagued by a massive number of pirate websites. This isn't just a matter of one or two, or even ten or twenty sites, but rather a much larger scale of purposeful malicious piracy activity. When searching for the affected applications on search engines, often only one result is the genuine content, while almost all others are pirate sites containing system-intruding viruses. These websites not only perfectly replicate the content of the original pages, but the applications they distribute contain severe malware that compromises the system. The most distinct behavior of this virus currently is that, once enabled, it forcibly closes and blocks the operation of any antivirus software capable of detecting it. Kaspersky is already able to identify many of the websites carrying these viruses (phishing sites), but those identified represent merely a fraction of the total. Currently affected applications (this is far from an exhaustive list): These are definitely not attacks carried out by individuals, but are organized and purposeful attacks. (I suspect this organization is the same one that previously compromised "快手" （This is a short video platform similar to TikTok）causing the platform to display pornographic content.) I strongly hope that Kaspersky can give serious attention to these attacks, identify these phishing websites, and investigate the origins (currently, no one knows who is behind this, but the impact is extremely severe). I trust Kaspersky deeply and believe that the Kaspersky security team can find a solution to this crisis. Thank you very much!! Да, должны переносить на флешке. Менеджер паролей это не синхронизатор файлов. Не доверяете посторонним облачным хранилищам, создайте свое, персональное.

Жалоб не очень много,так как много людей ещё не поняли в чём проблема или не знают куда обращаться и что делать. В основном люди думают,что это у них проблема с софтом или железом. Как думал в начале и я)

Hallo, ich würde gerne meine Lizenz für Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection verlängern. Da meine alte Kreditkarte abgelaufen ist, ist die Zahlung fehlgeschlagen. Folgende Prozesse funktionieren nicht: Aus meinen Kundenprofil heraus: 1) Ich möchte nun die Daten meiner alten Karte löschen. Funktioniert aber nicht - ich finde keine Möglichkeit, Kreditkartendaten zu editieren oder eine Karte zu löschen. Die Funktion fehlt schlicht. 2) Neue Karte hinterlegen: funktioniert auch nicht. Ich sehe nach Eingabe der neuen Daten und Speichern weiter die Daten der alten Karte. Was auch nicht funktioniert: 3) Den Prozess aus der Mahnungs-Mail heraus starten. Ich habe jetzt zwei Mal auf diesem Weg meine (neuen!) Kartendaten eingegeben, meine Bank-App hat die 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung gestartet, ich habe bestätigt, meine Bank bestätigt, dass das funktioinert hat, dann kommt aber auf der Kaspersky-Seite die Meldung, dass die Zahlung fehlgeschlagen sei. 4) SEPA-Lastschrift. Der Prozess ist mir vollkommen unverständlich. Ich gebe meine IBAN ein - und dann? Was muss ich dann tun? Es erscheint eine Seite mit einem Formular der Societe General, was muss ich da machen? PayPal wäre offenbar zu einfach... C.W.

Ну хорошо, вот вам ссылка на установщик. А где приобретали подписку? Если на российском сайте, то она и не должна активироваться в Сингапуре.

Сингапур, провайдер Starlink. C телефона не подключается, но с компьютера триальная версия которую я не могу заменить подпиской все отлично подключается. Да, перепутал

This is exactly what I tried to explain to Kaspersky support. They have changed their system (just after my yearly renewal), now my vpn is useless. And I have to go through all kind of steps, including installing a debug variant of VPN, send all kinds of reports, which I have to dig up in the android folders somewhere. I am not willing to invest my valuable time in this proces, so I decided to wait a few weeks, and then move to another VPN option. I am tired of providers who think they can launch new software/updates without taking responsability of thorough testing. I am not a test dummy!

А вы где находитесь, если не секрет? Если вдруг в Беларуси, то VPN там запрещен - https://support.kaspersky.ru/KSDE/common/ru-RU/180571.htm А при чем здесь KIS? Secure Connection в него не входит.

К сожалению я не знаю точный механизм блокировок, но раньше на Pango провайдере было два протокола: Hydra и Wireguard, ноды одни и те же (смотрел в wireshark). Hydra работала нормально, Wireguard на том же провайдере и на той же ноде - не работал вовсе. Подключение было, трафик не шёл. Pure выглядит сейчас ровно так же

Когда уже вы начнете прислушиваться к пользователям? Мне нужна возможность сохранения файлов 1. от putty - *.ppk и 2. настройки для wireguard - *.conf . я что, должен их на флешке переносить? четверть 21го века прошла. в облака небезопасно.

По ссылке нельзя скачать Kaspersky Secure Connection. Если перейти: Решения по типу устройств - Все решения, там можно только купить заново Я качаю с личного кабинета и у меня скачивается версия 21.8.5.452 (а)

Проблема коснулась всех у кого видеокарта 10й серии. Но проблема почему-то официально ещё не признана. Как объяснить,что без антивируса всё работает хорошо,но стоит установить антивирус версии 22 или 23 и сразу падение видео драйвера. На версии 21 все хорошо. Это говорит о том ,что проблема точно на стороне антивируса(в отношении 10 серии видеокарт),так как до версий 22 и 23 проблем не было. Проблема точно не на стороне пользователя. Что-то добавили с версии 22 что даёт такой эффект на видеокарту (видео драйвер) 10й серии. Будем ждать,что нам ещё остаётся,а пока сидим на версии 21.

Подтверждаю, проблема актуальная. После того как перепробовал все советы с Reddit, переустановил чистую Windows 11, все работало хорошо. После установки антивируса Kaspersky начались краши видеодрайвера: Моя видеокарта: PALIT PCI-E NV GTX1080 GameRock 8192Mb 256b DDR5X ОС: Windows 11 25H2 26200.7462 Kasperksy: 21.23.6.614(a) Nvidia driver: 581.80

Не могу войти в my.kaspersky на сайте. Ввел почту, пароль и пошла бесконечная перезагрузка страницы. Браузер Firefox. Сбросил данные и куки сайта и перезашел. Заработало.

Значит пришло время разрушить изнутри еще одну компанию.

Судя по скриншоту в хроме включено использование стороннего DNS. Но у меня при этом подобный алерт не воспроизвелся. Возможно что-то еще накручено. Может какое-то расширение туда лезет. Или корневые сертификаты неактуальные.

последняя версия 21.23.6.614(a) а вашей версии как минимум два года. Ссылку где скачать последнюю версию вам дали выше.
