Добрый день, @Kdreamer, Нужно больше подробностей: 1. Какой роутер? Прошивка последняя? 2. Проблема только с одним сервером или с другими также? 3. Что указывается в логах роутера? Попробуйте пересоздать конфигурационный файл в My Kaspersky и перенастроить роутер.

Смотрели, но пока нет идей что пошло не так. Видно что началось в 15:16 и перестало 16:58. Оно воспроизводится? Это из-за того что KRD не знает часовой пояс. Он пишет файлы с датой модификации как в BIOS. А Windows эту дату интерпретирует как UTC время и прибавляет до локального.

Windows 11 version 24H2, Kaspersky free version 21.21.7.384(a). Today while I was playing Valorant, my game abruptly closed and told me to restart the client. I did so and it still didnt let me start it again, I soon realized that it was because of Kaspersky. From reading other topics I have been able to conclude that Im supposed to put Valorant or Riot Client in trusted applications or something like that, but when i tried doing so I just couldnt find it. Its either because Im sleepy or Im just really blind.

Bom Dia. No dia 15 07 2025, efetuei a compra do KASPERSY STANDARD para um PC, por 34,90. Ocorre que até o momento não consigo regularizar o antivírus. Eu já tinha o Free e quando o acesso, ele não atualiza para o comprado. Já fiz diversas, diversas tentativas e não sei o que ocorre. A kaspersky não reconhece e nem disponibiliza o antivirus, apenas dois outros programas, o VPN e o Who Calls.

To transfer your Kaspersky license to a new computer, you’ll need to uninstall Kaspersky from the old device, sign in to your My Kaspersky account, and then download and install Kaspersky on your new computer. Use your activation code to activate it on the new device. Make sure the license is still valid and covers the new installation.

Добрый день, не могу разобраться с установкой Сервера защиты (SVM) - сертифицированной версии, кто сталкивался с этим? по инструкции Kaspersky Security для виртуальных сред 6.2 Легкий агент страница 61 https://support.s.kaspersky-labs.com/cert/13752/%5B126-02%20KSV%206.2%20LA%5D%20Руководство%20по%20эксплуатации.pdf сказано что сервер защиты нужно разворачивать на базе сертифицированной ФСТЭК операционной системы AstraLinux Special Edition - OS поставил, пакеты kl-lightagent-scanserver-6.2.2-305.amd64.deb; klnagent64_15.1.0-20748_amd64.deb установил, а потом начинаются проблемы: При настройки сети средствами Kaspersky Security выполняю команду admin@server1:~$ ssh klconfig@localhost network eth0 1.1.1.2 255.255.255.0 1.1.1.255 1.1.1.1 klconfig@localhost's password: rm: невозможно удалить '/etc/network/interfaces.d/eth0': Отказано в доступе KLCONFIG OK Почему он хочет удалить файл eth0 из директории /etc/network/interfaces.d/ ? и если это получиться, а раз это получилось, права на файл были полные - естественно сервер выпал из сети. И не понятно при таком выполнения KLCONFIG OK или не ОК С dns тоже самое, пытается создать файл resolved.conf.new по пути /etc/systemd/, но это ни где не удаётся таже Отказано в доступе admin@server1:~$ ssh klconfig@localhost dns 1.1.1.200 1.1.1.210 klconfig@localhost's password: cp: невозможно создать обычный файл '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf.new': Отказано в доступе sed: невозможно открыть временный файл /etc/systemd/sedl7zwS4: Отказано в доступе /opt/kaspersky/la/bin/configure.sh: строка 551: /etc/systemd/resolved.conf.new: Отказано в доступе chmod: невозможно получить доступ к '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf.new': Нет такого файла или каталога chown: невозможно получить доступ к '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf.new': Нет такого файла или каталога mv: невозможно переместить '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf' в '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf.lasave': Отказано в доступе mv: не удалось выполнить stat для '/etc/systemd/resolved.conf.new': Нет такого файла или каталога Failed to reload daemon: Access denied Failed to start systemd-resolved.service: Access denied See system logs and 'systemctl status systemd-resolved.service' for details. The selection is automatic at the moment (see picture below), should i switch to Wireguard? Wire guard never seems to connect. it hands on connecting. HOWEVER, Catapult Hydra seems to have worked!! I didn't say that you specific have any info about that but it's clear that something going on here. I hope that I'm wrong. Maybe they are making some changes to the downloading links or maybe it's a bug on their system. I don't know.

Подскажите пожалуйста, вчера вечером вдруг отрубился wireguard и никак не хочет подключатся обратно. Сервер Майами. У меня одного так или это какой то общий сбой? подключение идет через роутер, если открыть непосредственно secure connection на пк, выставить там wireguard и сервер майами то все подключается.
