Hi nonanche9200, Please understand that this is a problem at Kaspersky's end caused entirely by an external service migration i.e the integration of PureVPN's services into Kaspersky VPN's architecture. No amount of tinkering with your systems configuration will fix the issue as there is likely nothing wrong with you system's configuration. You should have received a notification about this via email, but if not I have pasted it below for you. The only thing to do is to return your configuration settings back to where they were and ... wait. It has been 7 days for me now, but it is better each day. You may wish to lodge a support ticket as this will give Kaspersky information on how widespread the issue is and what kind of problems are most common amongst users. * The error message you posted: "error ID 4311 NetBt it says : "Initialization failed because the device driver could not be created." is a Windows message about its native networking component (NetBT) failing to initialize because of a virtual network adapter that is being created and destroyed repeatedly. This is almost certainly the Kaspersky VPN WG Nt Adapter getting stuck in a loop creating a virtual adapter, failing, aborting, and repeating and perhaps failing to clean up perfectly, leaving ghost entries or creating new ones each time. This is why you have 173 (or more now) new Local Area Connection connections. Again there is nothing wrong at your end and you can't fix it, it would be like taking your car to a mechanic because a major road has been blocked by an earth slide. * The 256 DNS errors you've had in the last 24 hours are also related to the Kaspersky VPN issues, you can't change this either. Open a command prompt and type in: ping 1.1.1.1 <Enter> and ping 8.8.8.8 <Enter> You should get normal round trip times of around 10 to 80 ms or so. This will show there is nothing wrong with your DNS settings or the Cloudfare and Google DNS servers. I hope this helps. I do sincerely hope what you're saying is true, and it's a matter of patience until we see some good stuff from this upgrade. I just hope they don't keep us waiting too long. Feel like the update was rushed, at least give it a little bit of time. 😞

i had a subscription user with my Email *****@*****.tld from 2025 till 2026 and i bought a new one a day before with 2198 EGP for 2 years for 5 devices and as usual i have to extend my subscription till 2028 but i found that i have 2 subscriptions separately under each other, So please i need now to join both in one subscription extended till 2028 for 5 devices with my best regards Yours Mahmoud Montaser Ahmed Sliem -

Olá, Estou enfrentando um problema sério com o Kaspersky. Sempre que faço qualquer alteração em uma política — independente do componente modificado — o módulo de Controle Web simplesmente para de funcionar. Além disso, todos os nomes de usuários dentro das regras do Controle Web são substituídos automaticamente pela sequência “aqeaaaaaaaaaaaaa”. No momento, não é possível alterar nenhum componente dentro da política sem causar a quebra do módulo de Controle Web. A única solução temporária que encontrei foi reverter para uma versão antiga, o que não é viável a longo prazo. O comportamento se repete sempre: Altero qualquer elemento da política Salvo/aplico a mudança O módulo de Controle Web deixa de funcionar corretamente Os nomes de usuários nas regras são sobrescritos por “aqeaaaaaaaaaaaaa” Gostaria de saber se mais alguém está passando por isso. Existe alguma correção, patch ou atualização disponível para resolver esse problema? Obrigado.

Ce silence de la part de Kaspersky est vraiment pénible... J'ai eu une réponse du service technique comme quoi ils reviendront prochainement vers moi dès que possible.... Mais cela m étonnerait que le problème vienne de mon système..... Ils pourrait et devrait faire une annonce pour rassurer leur clientèle... C'est vraiment bizarre... J espère que l antivirus continue d être opérationnel.... Une grosse entreprise comme ça qui a l air d être HS ? Allo? Y a qq1…??? Je m attendais a ce qu un jour cela ne fonctionne plus mais je croyais que ça viendrai de l'état pas de Kaspersky.... Suspens.... (Ça craint) -
@Neluyd дважды по одной и то же проблеме лучше заявку не создавать, общаться в рамках одной - так будет меньше путаницы, и быстрее получится прийти к решению. Что касается вопрос, которые задают в поддержке, для правильной диагностики они бывают просто необходимы. Вы приходите с каким-то описанием ситуации, а специалист технической поддержки за этим описанием может заподозрить сразу несколько возможных проблем, т.к. при внешне схожих симптомах, причины у них могут быть разные. В общем-то, это актуально для большинства обращений в поддержку, не только по VPN и не только по продуктам Kaspersky. Вижу, что подной из заявок Вам достаточно оперативно отвечают, но у коллег пока действительно немного конкретной информации. Может быть, есть возможность записать короткое видео и прислать его в запросе для наглядности? Если проблема на этапе подключения, будет видно, например, что оно "бесконенчо" устаналивается, или в возникает какая-то ошибка, а если соединение устаналивается, но не открываются сайты, интересно увидеть конкретные ошибки при попытки сайты открыть (обычно браузер их показывет), а также понять, действительно ли не открываются никакие сайты или какие-то определенные. Можно в заявке указать и ссылку на этот форум, если где-то уже указывали эти детали, но не увидел такого в Ваших сообщения.

Hola a toda la comunidad: Les cuento mi problema: Resulta que compre una sub del premium para pc, lo pude vincular en un principio a la app. Pero scanie y trate de salvarla, pero no pude. Tome la decicion de formatear e instalar todo de nuevo, pero cuando instalo la app y quiero vincula rmi cuenta me dice que no esta vinculada a ninguna sub y es el mismo email y todo lo mismo... No encuentro explicacion ni se como hacer Si alguien me puede dar una mano lo agradeceria mucho Gracias -

я уже 2ды подавал заявку, и до сих пор виду переписку, и ничего так и не выяснилось... сданные отписки: распишите подробнее как и в чем проявляется, как нажимаете и грузится... да что тут объяснять, VPN не работает, ни один сервер... у всех проблемы одинаковые судя по форуму ...

Мое обращение с пятницы там. Выше мождератор писал, что проблема может быть в том, что ВПН не российскеий. А как угадать? Ну, купил на Яндексе лицензию, как понять какая она

Was den PC angeht. Warte bis die Lizenz abgelaufen ist und gib die neue direkt im Programm ein oder Warte bis die Lizenz abgelaufen ist und rufe MyKaspersky auf, lösche die alte und wähle bei der neuen "Lizenz an das Gerät senden" aus.

Kaspersky vpn başlarda bir sıkıntısı yoktu ancak gittikce sanki bozmaya başladı gibi. Dünden beri devam eden bu sorun arkadaşımada oldu hem bağlantının çok uzaması hatta Almanya ve Hollanda gibi yerlere bağlanmaya çalıştığımda ya çok fazla bekliyorum yada hiç bağlanmıyor ve hata veriyor kesinlikle düzeltilmeli yada para iadesi olmalı.
