Добрый день! Скачал установочный файл Kaspersky Free с официального сайта: https://www.kaspersky.ru/downloads/free-antivirus. Скачанный файл: Имя: kaspersky4win202121.21.7.384ru_46709.exe Хеш SHA-256: fc1adb7d50a02392be3887022760c99d266688a1c0e354791caa2d74696f39bb При проверке на VirusTotal некоторые антивирусные движки (например, Google и ZoneAlarm) определяют файл как зараженный. VirusTotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/fc1adb7d50a02392be3887022760c99d266688a1c0e354791caa2d74696f39bb/behavior Пример срабатывания: Mal/FakeAV-LX (ZoneAlarm), Detected (Google). Попробовал скачать файл через другой браузер, то же самое. Хотелось бы уточнить: Соответствует ли данный хеш официальной версии Kaspersky Free? Можно ли доверять данному файлу? There's a known issue with v21.3 that's been fixed in the new version, there's two options, a free upgrade to the new version or a workaround to the existing version, please read on: *Option one* KIS is Kaspersky's old software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Standard, it can be upgraded for free - READ: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. Make sure the KIS activation code is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab? Create a System Restore Point. Uninstall KIS, using Windows, Uninstall OR change a program -> during the *uninstall* do not check/tick any boxes *except* Save license & IF (you've) created Secret vault(s) check/tick the Data Encryption box; READ: KIS, How to uninstall the application. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login. Download Kaspersky Standard: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product Install Kaspersky Standard. *Important* At the *end* of the successful Kaspersky Standard install, make sure you've signed into the Kaspersky Standard application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so it synchronises with (your) MyKaspersky account. Recheck the original issue? *Option two* Make sure Windows Hidden items, is checked -> refer: View hidden files and folders in Windows *important* -> open Kaspersky app, select Settings⚙ -> General, uncheck Enable Self-Defense, select Save, select Yes to confirm the action. Exit Kaspersky app - on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit. Go to folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report\ and delete the contents -> all files and folders. Shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. I have been using Safe Money to open bank websites for years and it has always worked well. Today when I try to open any bank website in the Protected Browser I get a message saying "Run error: Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: Process was stopped." I am in Firefox, Windows 11 24H2 64-bit, Kaspersky Internet Security v. 21.3.10.391(m) databases are up to date. Subscription: Active Paid until: Feb 16, 2026 Remaining days: 284 Please advise.

Hello @Amiga, Viktor Soponyai, Welcome! Which Windows OS & *BUILD*, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back what is shown please? Which Kaspersky software, name & version, on Windows Taskbar -> Hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? Is the problem new, has always existed with Kaspersky installed OR ? In the Kaspersky interface - are there any Recommendations OR Notifications *OUTSTANDING*? IF Kaspersky is EXITED [ on the Windows Taskbar, Hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Exit ] -> does the browser image issue resolve - in all browsers? When was the computer last SHUTDOWN & OR RESTARTED? If the same search is done with the browser in PRIVATE mode - are the image size & other filters available? Post back please? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 -
Dear Madam or Sir! I can't open certain parts of www.google.com in any browser (e.g. latest Firefox)! For example, I would like to search for images on www.google.com. Then I would like to select the size of images to list for me. I click on the drop down menu but it does nothing 😞 So far it has worked! What could be the problem? I have attached a picture. I did, only mail anti-virus briefly. Nothing suspicious. I can check in detail tomorrow. What to look for? -

Hi, last 2 days outlook won’t connect to mail server. It managed to connect at first after 2-3 Outlook/PC restarts. At the end, when I disable Mail Anti-Virus, it is working. Please solution. If the malicious object is downloaded while Mail Anti-Virus is disabled will File anti-virus and/or other KIS modules detect if malicious object take effect? Using: Win10 Pro x64 Build 19045.5011, 22H2 Outlook 2010 Kaspersky Standard v.21.21.7.384 Outlook eror: 0x800CCC0F connection to the server interrupted Thank you.

Après un redémarrage de l'ordinateur le problème semble avoir été résolu. Mais la question reste: Pourquoi cela s'est-il produit pour google.com ? Je considère que le problème est résolu mais toute explication concernant ce phénomène est la bienvenue.

Message: Nous avons empêché une visite sur un site susceptible de provoquer une fuite de données La visite de ce site peut présenter un risque de perte d'argent ou de données personnelles. Nous vous avons protégé contre la visite de ce site Internet. Vous pouvez fermer cette fenêtre sans risque. Fin du message. Le problème a commencé après une tentative d'ouvrir le site: https : //www.anduinos.com/ supposé être contenir une variante du système linux. C'est là où j'ai eu le premier message qui m'empêchait de consulter ce site, ce que je n'ai évidement pas fais. Pour moi il semblerait que kaspersky confond https : //www.anduinos.com/ avec www.google.com pour une raison mystérieuse. Quelqu'un peut-il me dire ce qui se passe ? PS: Même chose en utilisant google chrome, firefox et microsoft edge. Merci d'avance.
