Hello, My domain aliexpress[.]ru[.]com is currently being flagged as “Botnet C&C / Malware” by some reputation and security services, including Kaspersky, and I would like to request a review as the issue has already been resolved. The domain is owned and managed by us. It is a WordPress-based website. In the past, the site was temporarily compromised and unintentionally contained malicious scripts and outbound connections, which may have led to the current detection. After identifying the issue, we have taken the following actions: - Removed all malicious scripts, links, and injected code - Eliminated all botnet-related and unauthorized outbound connections - Cleaned both website files and the database - Reset all credentials and secured the hosting environment - Updated WordPress core, themes, and plugins - Implemented additional security hardening and continuous monitoring Current verification results: - No malware hosted or distributed - No malicious redirects - No outbound connections to known malicious or suspicious domains - Only standard WordPress assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images) The website is now fully clean and operational, and we are confident that it no longer poses any security risk. We kindly ask the Kaspersky team to re-evaluate aliexpress.ru.com and remove the Botnet C&C / Malware classification if possible, as this false positive is negatively affecting our reputation and users’ trust. The online help document states that it would automatically renew, does that mean it will no longer automatically renew? And once the activation code is changed and the product is discontinued, no new free activation codes will be granted?

Hello THask, Of course I understand that the fact of running an installation in silent mode means that there's no output at all returned. But, the installation process should take some minutes to complete, and I suppose that while it is running, even in silent mode, the command prompt will wait until the install process completes to appear again. I mean, I don't think that a new process forks from the command prompt, and allows the command prompt to appear again immediately after me entering the install command and pressing enter. For me, the normal behaviour would be me entering the install command, and wait for the command prompt to appear again once the install has completed. I've haven't seen any install log in user temp or windows temp.

Hello Mariano, Sorry but I didn't thought that there is an Issue anymore because this is a normal behaviour when performing a Silent Installation Starting this and all will be done silent without notifications. Do you have a Installation log in you User Temp or Windows\Temp Folder from the day where you started the Installation?

a kaspersky retirou a opção de vpn dupla e também retirou a opção de configurar VPN no roteador......estou suspeitando que teve algum tipo de acordo de redução de privacidade para agradar a união européia...... se for isso mesmo estamos fodidos.... kaspersky era um dos poucos provedores de VPN que estavam fora do guarda chuva da UE e dos EUA.... não pretendo renovar minha licença.

Gestern Abend habe ich die Aquasuite Vers. X85 nochmals installiert und alles ist wie vorher. Der Hintergrunddienst der Daten funktioniert. Zwar war das ärgerlich, doch Kaspesrky hat funktioniert, wie es soll und ein verdächtiges Verhalten aufgespürt. Das war in Ordnung!

Nearly 4 weeks since my original post, and still waiting for someone to provide me a useful answer about my issue. Why is the installer finishing immediately after trying to run it in silent mode, and no install performed at all?

Hello Ahnaf, you can check this in detail with reports and installation logs by Technical Support. or you use a remote uninstall task to uninstall both versions from the device and reinstall it by another remote install task from scratch. Here in the Forum it is not clear what happened on these clients so that technical Support should troubleshoot it. I am just able to tell you my experiences with this behavior depending on the description here. Regards

Доброго дня всем страждущим. Присоединяюсь ко всему вышесказанному про большие ожидания скорейшего выхода KPM под линукс. Пользуюсь подпиской Касперского уже около 3 лет. Год назад с сожалением обнаружил, что в чудесной и удобной эко среде Касперского нет версии KPM под линукс. Очень радует, что сейчас появились хотя бы планы на реализацию. На работе с 2022 года начали желающим выдавать машины с линуксом на борту. И количество таких машин постепенно растет. Дома также остается все меньше причин к использованию продукции MS. Особенно с трендом превращения Windows в облачный сервис, вместо локальной ОС. PS а еще остается всего 1.5 года до окончания срока поддержки Win10 LTSC, используемой в организациях. Что должно будет привести к еще большему импульсу в переходе на линукс там, где этого еще не сделали.

Так не может возникнуть спрос здесь и сейчас и сразу на 100%. Сначала появляется потребность в продукте, а потом спрос на него постепенно начинает расти. А если продукта на Линукс нет вообще, то как этот спрос должен расти? Его вообще нет! А люди переходящие на Линукс нуждаются в КПМ здесь и сейчас. Они "тыкнуться" искать, а его не существует. Вот и пойдут устанавливать продукт другого производителя. Поэтому спрос конкретно на КПМ расти никогда и не будет. Что касается статистики перехода людей на Линукс, то это вопрос не цифр а поддержки внутреннего рынка, но практика говорит, что все есть деньги. Забавно это все, на фоне кричащего патриотизма из каждого утюга. Но патриотизм для масс. Бизнес и патриотизм, видимо, несовместимы.

показывают как раз знание рынка. Создание приложения под другую OS, а в случае с Linux оно еще и должно работать на разных дистрибутивах, стоит больших денег. И разработка окупится только при наличии достаточного спроса. При том, что пользователи KPM это все-таки в основном домашние пользователи. Ну нет что в России что в мире активного перехода домашних пользователей на Linux. Так что думаю в компании умеют считать.

Hello if your remaining activation code expire. than what will likely to happen: Kaspersky software is highly unlikely to auto renew your activation time. so you cannot perform a databases update after activation expire. and antivirus function stop working. you cannot use the program anymore. you can only choose to uninstall it or buy a subscription.

尝试一下，恢复卡巴斯基默认设置，重启系统，然后再更新下？

Грустно это все... Показывают полное безразличие к российскому рынку и клиентам. Знаю одно, если найду альтернативу, то не вернусь к продуктам Касперского. Но видит Бог, хотел пользоваться отечественным. От меня требовалось подождать и вот я жду, но это не может длиться годами.

Я думаю именно так, то есть все зависит от рынка. Когда нибудь наверняка сделают, но сказать что это, когда нибудь, наступит до 1 января 2027 года, не возможно. Может завтра раз и объявят о релизе, а может лет 5 пройдет. Об этом можно говорить сколько угодно, но это не имеет практической цели с точки зрения ускорения выпуска, того что вы ждёте.

@Schulte Lass mal wir haben nun genug ausprobiert. Vorher ging es Automatisch die Aktualisierung und manuelle Installation auch. Am Gerät fanden keine Aktualisierung seitens Android statt also kann es nicht daran liegen. Wird schon werden 😉.

Bei allem Respekt, @Benjel hatte ein anderes "Problem". Die .apk wurde nicht bemängelt.
