I didn't say the price or discount is the same across all regions, I said Kaspersky's selling terms are the same for all regions on their website (promotion policies, renewals, accounts, are you allowed to get the same discount again or not, etc). With 800+ views to the thread, it's really hard to believe no one actually has the answer or tried to renew/buy a license during Black Friday, but I guess people here just come to ask for help instead of discussing or offering help. Maybe I should've posted this on reddit instead. Anyway, im no longer interested in this because I already renewed for cheaper outside of Kaspersky's website two days ago and I will continue to do so. The only better sale on their website was for 5/10/20 devices, but I don't need those at the moment.
  4. Касперский "лечит" с перезагрузкой каждый день, и снова появляется это вредоносное приложение. Прочла на форуме, что можно изменить наименование файла utilman.exe, но у меня их несколько в системной папке (скрин прилагаю).     Перестал работать VPN

    I still can not understand, how a company having such big reputation, just stop a service for a huge customer population and do nothing about it. I have a premium product that i bought while in Turkiye. Now living in Russia, but VPN service stopped 3 days ago. I can not refund my product, cause it has already been a couple months. So it became useless, a piece of techno junk in my laptop. To whom i should complain, government?

  10. @Luis Mesias Por favor, no mezclar productos, si usas KES tienes que realizar tu consulta en el foro corporativo. Muevo tu consulta al foro correcto. Tienes que dar muchas más información para que podamos intentar ayudarte, tipo de licencia que tienes (Cloud, o on premise), S.O., capturas de pantalla del error o errores, y de tu configuración, etc.. Hola, Puedes explicarte mejor, entiendo que has creado o tienes una cuenta mi Kaspersky, y que agregaste en tu cuenta mi kaspersky el código de activación que has comprado. ¿Has revisado con que cuenta de correo has creado tu cuenta mi kaspersky? ¿Es la misma con la que estas intentando activar el equipo? Te recomiendo que abras un ticket de mi Kaspersky, que les envíes tu código de activación, tu correo electrónico, tu justificante de compra, y les indiques el problema que tienes. Saludos

  14. @Luis Mesias Te recomiendo que abras un caso de soporte en el Kaspersky Company Account, y les adjuntes el getsysteminfo (gsi) para que revisen que es lo que te sucede. Como ya se ha comentado en este hilo antiguo. Saludos

  16. Well, I received a response and sadly it is much as I expected. Obviously, I am not going to request a refund because I am using it on my two windows based desktops. It's such a shame though, because pretty much every other VPN I check on the appstore (Including PureVPN itself) still function with MacOS13.

    Mal wieder Thema Verlängerung

    Probiere beide Vorschläge mal aus. Aus meiner Sicht finde ich die Bevorzugung der Abo Variante durch Kaspersky daneben, weil mit Abo Schlüssel lief die Verlängerung Automatisch weiter bei mir(Grund war immer der gleiche Aktivierungscode wurde genutzt). Kaspersky entfernt den Reserve Aktivierungscode in den Programmen damit ich manuell umständlich eingreifen darf, hätten Sie sich sparen dürfen.
