Hello Tahmeed, from my experiences this happen when updating KES from previous version and something went wrong or a reboot is required and not done to finish the new installation. The only way to solve that is to use kavremover in safe mode to remove the application, reboot and create a task to install KES again from scratch. In principal you can check the installation logs in the users local temp folder for errors or warning if a reboot is required after upgrade. Thank you in advance Best Regards

Добрый день. KSC 16 на Astra Linux. Задача резервного копирования сервера успешно работают, файлы копий создаются и лежат по нужному пути, а в Web console - Параметры сервера - Резервные копии данных: там пусто. Перерыл всю справку, но ничего не нашел. Этот пункт меню относится к резервному копированию сервера или он про что то другое? Если относится, то почему там пусто?

Hello Alej, this license is valid until mid next year but it is an add on which means it works with another full license. So it is valid for updates from previous KSMG versions, i.e. KSMG 2.0 to 2.1 then 2.1.1 etc. I suggest to open a ticket with Kaspersky Technical Support to clarify this or to contact your reseller for a new license. В организации, в политиках KSC, установлен запрет на Съемные диски, подключаемые по usb порту, кроме разрешенных (Доверенных устройств). После перехода KES на версию 12.11 началась блокировка устройств считывания карт доступа, https://ironlogic.ru/il.nsf/htm/ru_z2usb На ПЭВМ, где KES не обновился все работает. При отключении блокировки Съемных носителей доступ восстанавливается. Запрос на предоставление временного доступа создать невозможно. Информация о блокировке ни в каких логах не видна. Добавить в доверенные устройства не представляется возможным в связи с отсутствием данного считывателя в списке устройств. Что делать и как жить? Currently, it has a very low detection rate on VirusTotal (detected only by Huorong and Rising), and it bypasses most major AV engines. Technical Details: Malicious File: libEGL.dll File Size: Approximately 525 KB (Note: Legitimate versions are typically around 377 KB). SHA256: 8bacb2082eb37fd7aed5bb6a7fc766d9937d9f3ed926ae82420d37af754a216c Behavioral Analysis: File Dropping: Creates a directory at: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\syscacheapp. Drops a large executable named cacheapp64.exe (approx. 750 MB). Characteristics of dropped file: Compiled with GCC/MinGW, extremely high entropy (packed/obfuscated), accompanied by numerous fake DLLs. Persistence: Achieves auto-start by modifying the Registry: Key: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell Distribution & Context: Vector: Confirmed presence in unauthorized/pirated releases of games (specifically those using RPGMaker or TyranoScript engines). 这个安装包点重启计算机之后并不会开始重启，在win11和win10系统上都是如此。不过手动重启之后也确实能更新
