Старый сервер был на 14 й версии.бэкап восстанавливался уже на другой сервер с 15 й версией.на 2-3х пк с виндой задача прошла успешно,но на большинстве не сработала,пришлось вручную менять адрес на клиентах.На пк стоит в основном 14 й агент администрирования.

I installed from that link, of course it is the Free version, but no issues here recording with KPremium 21.23 + W11 25H2. -

Das ging schnell bei Kaspersky. Der Build MR24 21.24.8.522 wurde heute zum finalen Build erklärt und wird demnächst veröffentlicht. Mehr Infos dazu gibt es leider nicht. Somit kann ich nicht sagen, ob der Build schon morgen oder erst in 1 Woche verfügbar ist. Laut Kaspersky soll in ungefähr 2 Wochen die neue Betaphase mit dem Build 21.25.x.xxx beginnen.

I checked and there are no Cyberlink apps in the restricted group, in fact there aren't any apps in the restricted group. -

Check if in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, there are any Cyberlink app / exe / service in restricted group. -

Since some time I can't use Cyberlink Screen Recorder 4 (included in Power Director 365) anymore. I can start the program but it freezes and I need to stop it in the Task Manager. As suggested by Cyberlink I tried to run the program with the auto startup of Kaspersky disabled and it worked fine. As soon as I start Kaspersky Plus, the issue is back and I can't run Screen Recorder. PowerDirector works fine but screen recorder freezes after starting it. Any ideas or suggestions on how to solve this? -

да все тоже самое. исключений нет, ни по статусу занятости, ни по половым признакам, ни по умственным ограничениям, ни по физическим. создание запроса в техподдержку и сбор данных - бесплатен, оплачиваете только покупку программного продукта -

Yes, looks like a small bug in the cache, seems database signatures up to date and all protection modules enabled, and all status notifications are in green. -

W11 25H2 + KPremium 21.23: I don't know it You get until this step, but the game need so many GBs installed and I don't have enough space in my VM now for such big crazy space. Try to disable Kaspersky FireWall and try again, if still issues, try to disable one by one the other protection modules, to identify where could be the culprit. -

But still I will check once again when this happens. But tell me if protection components were disabled then how come Window Explorer restart solves it? Is it some faulty tray icon cache issue? -

Dear Community We are facing an issue on our workstations where RustDesk is installed , Netagent is showing transport level error and cannot communicate with KSC and when we uninstall RustDesk and then reinstall Net-agent it start working properly. Does anyone faced this issue , How to solve it. -

After upgrading to Windows 11 (Fresh Install from 10) I am seeing this weird issue. Sometimes when my PC boots the Kaspersky Tray Icon remains red for eternity. It shows Application is Starting when clicked and the main window is green meaning no threats whatsoever. Also if the protection is paused and then restarted it goes back to green or if Explorer is restarted it goes back to green. I have a Windows 10 PC where this issue never happened in 17 years of using Kaspersky. Details are below. Windows was last updated previous week. Since I am on a slow wifi it is set to do only monthly updates -

Hello, 在卡巴斯基 21.23.6.614(a) 与 坚果云 7.2.10 版本下无法重现您所遇到的问题。请检查您是否有其它进程干扰所致。重现步骤如下: 补充一句,建议您卸载当前产品,然后重启,重启后在安装卡巴斯基最新版本产品,避免某些设置导致这个问题。
