Все доступы даны, все плашки зелёные, все рекомендации выполнены. Тем не менее ничего не изменилось, я хочу знать заражен я или нет. Для этого были предпосылки. Прикладываю скрин как это выглядит там очень много такого, есть еще "Защищено паролем" но я дал доступы какие просила программа. Тех поддержка в чате попросила скрины и тупо пропала, сказали сейчас вернуться и всё :)

We have the same issue. Youtube serach is in restricted mode and some videos (Grow a garden Live stock...) are not displyed (messege on a black background Video is unavailable....in restricted mode...) All options for Safe search on Youtube are disabled in the app. Same issue on all computers. I remember a few years ago had same issue on computer of older daughter and uninstalled Safe search then. Forgot about this and now we have same problem 3 years latter! Bad for such an app for not handling some basic stuff as it should. Is there any solution? Peter

I also have this problem. Location services are all on. In the past I have been able to see the smart home monitor on this PC but cant any longer. This may have coincided with either a new modem or renewal of subscription. This mat be irrelevant. The new modem is seen and not connected. Please advise neilutf
