I'm experiencing a critical issue on my system related to the Kaspersky driver klwtp.sys, which is causing black screens (BSOD) with the error BAD_POOL_CALLER (0xC2), parameter 1 = 0x99, attempt to free pool with invalid address or pool header corruption. The active process during the crash is avp.exe, affecting the Windows Firewall driver fwpkclnt.sys. I created the incident request INC000017769801, but I am not having good support at all. Could anyone help me, please?

Yes, that´s my case, but it seams they applied the new restriction to 2 devices. Is there a way I can go back to Kaspersky Security Cloud package?

Correct, that must be the reason.

Apparently you had a license for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. It did include three devices. This product no longer exists. That's probably why the restrictions have changed.

Thanks the responses, I only have 2 linked devices in My Kaspersky, but I can not link another one. I asked the support team, but they did not give me a solution, just invited me to ask in this forum. Maybe the reason is what you point out about Kaspersky Free being deprecated. Or maybe only 2 dives are allowed as Andrew75 says. Thanks again

A Kaspesky Free subscription cannot include more than two devices. To activate Kaspersky Free on a third device, you must use a different account.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Check in My Kaspersky -> Devices, the devices linked, if still connected, just disconnect and re-link again. But maybe can be also because Kaspersky has just “deprecated” Kaspersky Free product, still the installed products will continue working, but installers are no longer available.

Hallo @Kasper17, das "registriert 17. April 2019" dürfte sich auf das Forum beziehen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt fand der Wechsel von der vorherigen Forensoftware auf die aktuelle statt. Manche Daten konnten nicht übernommen werden. Alle User wurden migriert, fingen aber von vorne an. Bei mir steht auch 2019, tatsächlich war es 2007. Ich habe so das Gefühl, dass Du die Mail eigentlich garnicht erhalten solltest. Daher die Benachrichtigung auf englisch, die Standardprache der Forensoftware (damals gab es noch keine deutsche Version). Die Verknüpfung mit My Kaspersky kam meines Wisens nach erst später. Vielleicht hattest Du im alten Forum einen Account mit der anderen Mailadresse, der nun "optimiert" wurde.

16gb оперативной памяти, i3 сокет 1200, ssd 256gb. Прив ключении питания посто черный экран, никаких значков на экране (нет курсора и ТД). Через 3 часа попробую загрузиться с флешки live cd и попробую разобраться. Как будет информация, обязательно напишу.

что дадут характеристики компьютера? По какой-то причине слетел загрузчик, нужно восстанавливать. Может быть ТС зря считал что там все хорошо. А может просто совпало.

Винчестер всё же видеться в BIOS, но загрузить Виндоус не получается (черный экран).

Пришла в голову идея установить хороший антивирус, хоть причин особых для этого не было, Windows 10 LTSC работал уже более 3х лет, не вызывая нареканий. Купил подписку на год, установил антивирус, сделал быструю проверку и обнаружил Троян, который успешно удалил, перезагрузился и всё было нормально, пока я не решил поставить полную проверку на ночь с последующим отключение питания компьютера по завершению. Через 10 минут проходя мимо компьютера, заметил что он в BIOS, я перезагрузился, включилась функция "восстановления системы", выдала ошибку, снова перезагрузка с выходом в BIOS. Больше я не смог найти загрузку Виндоус и даже винчестер в настройках биоса. Такое ощущение, что винчестер не подключен. Попробую ещё помучатся в настройках BIOS, но что-то надежды мало. Странные последствия проверки... Фатальные
