  5. Я про это и говорю. Странно, почему-то Вы знаете об этом, а в поддержке не все еще в курсе, пришлось потрудиться, чтобы получить ответ, не откладывая его на неопределенный срок. Не знаю, откуда информация, что не всем. Возможно, там просто через определенное время начинается распространение таких акций через новости. Без понятия, кому это предлагается, но хотелось полные условия знать. Я не стал узнавать, что там будет с подпиской, устройствами и т.п., а ведь это тоже непрозрачно.
  6. Добрый день, @Helga90, Это не совсем вредоносное ПО. Возможно недавно восстанавливали или меняли пароль от Windows? Должно быть достаточно переименовать проблемный файл.   8. I also suffer from this when dealing with Kaspersky Password Manager, but in a slightly different way from yours. Im annoyed that I have to enter my long main password every time I turn on my computer! My Windows 11 desktop is not password-locked and it doesn't need to be, it's a huge and heavy PC placed in secure room that no one else has access to but me. Why can't users like me have the vault be open all the time as long as it is on the same computer? If my expensive hardware gets physically stolen, the last thing I would care about is my passwords since most accounts require 2FA authentication. Private and stationary computers should not be treated the same way as public computers or portable laptops/phones. I've been thinking for months about buying a USB fingerprint scanner and enabling Windows Hello to completely get rid of having to enter my long and tiresome password, but I just carefully read this and it appears that we still have to enter our main password every time after turning on the computer lol. Windows Hello is only useful for KPM vault "per session", meaning only if the vault gets locked during computer use, but if you shutdown/restart your computer then you need to enter the password again. This is stupid and Kaspersky should rework this. That's not how "security" should be.

  11. That's why I say it's a behavior detection, only happens when game is running... mem detection. Can You provide version of K. product installed and operating system? Do You have Windows completely up to date via Windows Update (check also Optionals)?

  13. Thanks for reply. Is it safe ? I've been playing these games with Kaspersky running for months now and never had a problem until yesterday when a Quick Scan suddenly detected it. Quick scan only detects when I run the game. After closing the game, quick scan cannot detect. I did a full scan and it said there was nothing wrong with my PC. Do I need to send a report to Kaspersky support?

  15. @Igor Kurzin Привет! Спасибо, почему-то так и предполагал, что подключили через что-то свое. Да, выглядит как непрофильная услуга. Видимо, возможности позволяют использовать систему по другому назначению (быстро пробежал по сайту - перенаправление трафика, скрытие IP, кеширование DNS-запросов и т.п.). Вполне объяснимо тогда, что поначалу была всего одна локация, и теперь происходит работа по развитию сервиса - почти с нуля поднимают. Если я правильно понимаю, конечно.

Ok, running an on demand scan, Kaspersky does not detect anything from both installers, so it's a behavior detection, and if it is a false positive, this kind of detection can be only fixed, enabling temporary Kaspersky traces, reproducing the problem, and then send them to Kaspersky Support to be analyzed and find a fix.
  17. This is a public forum with just members, no official support is offered here. Only Kaspersky's official support can help you after you contact them (like what @Flood and Flood's wife explained). By the way: I doubt support will help you with this and they will say it's your fault. You will have to start using the other license right now or you will lose the days. They don't merge subscriptions or offer any help in this regard (from my experience, at least). Sorry for the sad news. But if they don't solve it for you, try to ask for a refund and then only buy it when your current license expires. Never buy more than once license from Kaspersky's website if you plan to "extend", because it's going to be a separate license and it will start right away. All purchases on Kaspersky's website will make the license start right away. You have to buy a license (code) from legitimate stores/resellers and add it to your account, this way the code will stay unactive and will only start after you decide to use it.

I didn't say the price or discount is the same across all regions, I said Kaspersky's selling terms are the same for all regions on their website (promotion policies, renewals, accounts, are you allowed to get the same discount again or not, etc). With 800+ views to the thread, it's really hard to believe no one actually has the answer or tried to renew/buy a license during Black Friday, but I guess people here just come to ask for help instead of discussing or offering help. Maybe I should've posted this on reddit instead. Anyway, im no longer interested in this because I already renewed for cheaper outside of Kaspersky's website two days ago and I will continue to do so. The only better sale on their website was for 5/10/20 devices, but I don't need those at the moment.

    I still can not understand, how a company having such big reputation, just stop a service for a huge customer population and do nothing about it. I have a premium product that i bought while in Turkiye. Now living in Russia, but VPN service stopped 3 days ago. I can not refund my product, cause it has already been a couple months. So it became useless, a piece of techno junk in my laptop. To whom i should complain, government?

Tienes que dar muchas más información para que podamos intentar ayudarte, tipo de licencia que tienes (Cloud, o on premise), S.O., capturas de pantalla del error o errores, y de tu configuración, etc..
