  7. @Berny I noticed the reason it kept redirecting me to the same us site and failing to redirect me to the South Africa site was because I use Starlink. I switched my internet connections and managed. I managed to get into contact with an agent who is assisting. I should be good to go. Thanks for the guidance. Much appreciated.

  18. Hi, I have replied on Kaspersky VPN to connect to a Spanish IP, and it had been working until recently. Now, even though I select Spain under location, I get connected to an Italian proxy (IP Location). Therefore, I have been unable to connect to necessarily geo-restricted Spanish locations. Please fix ASAP? Is there a workaround? Thank you.
