Как я могу вернуть средства за только сегодняшние снятые деньги для KSeC. Так как я не получают полностью функционал.

Только что приобрел подписку, в рекламе было заявлено музыка и видео без ограничений) YouTube не работает ни с одного из серверов. Ладно на месяц купил только - но все равно в мусорку деньги. Подписку продлевать не буду.

Доступ к заблокированным в РФ сервисам не предоставляется.

А, вы еще даже не приступили к устранению, вы три недели анализы собираете? Так ведь не позволяет, получается. Ведь Ютуб официально не заблокирован в России и свои услуги для российских пользователей п собственному решению не ограничивает.

На данный момент идет анализ ситуации. Стоит отметить, что Kaspersky Secure Connection позволяет установить безопасное соединение с сайтами, доступными в России, а также получить доступ к платформам, которые ограничили свои услуги для российских пользователей по собственному решению.

Чего там, когда доступ к Ютубу почините? Или пора честно признаться, что не почините уже и можно не продлевать подписку?

Перестал запускаться Discord, после обновления KSC. Забавно ещё вчера работало, а сегодня снялся ежемесячный платёж, обновился KSC и перестало запускаться ряд программ.

Добрый день. В данной теме просьба не обсуждать работоспособность Youtube. Доступ к конкретным сайтам отношения к ней не имеет. Тема для тех, у кого VPN вообще не включается, либо, если включается, вообще нет интернета. Спасибо.

А в облаке сколько? Если тоже 341, то логи нужно собирать через поддержку с iOS устройства.

Following the recent upgrade of Kaspersky VPN to new servers, partner companies, and providers, many applications on Android mobile phones and tablets that were previously working perfectly and continuously before the upgrade are now non-functional. These include Gmail, Maps, Google Earth, application downloads, Google and Microsoft Authenticator apps, receiving messages via SMS, receiving OTP messages for bank transaction confirmations, and many others. If you disconnect from the Kaspersky VPN, everything works perfectly. If even a free VPN is selected, everything works perfectly. I have already installed and reinstalled the newest version of the application, just as I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky Premium at least 5 times using the link provided to me by the technical support/help desk. However, the problem persists, and it does not work in any of the reinstallation attempts. Until the upgrade, I was using Double VPN in the United States, specifically across two cities: Washington and New York. Now, after you removed this feature, I select New York, but the issues I mentioned previously still persist (the applications listed above do not work). Do not burden your customers with a plethora of incomprehensible and complicated technical actions for simple users of your application. PROVIDE a solution to the problem that you, through your actions and changes, have massively caused to your customers. There are dozens of much better VPN applications out there with many more provided features and functionalities—including Double VPN (a feature you discontinued). You will lose customers who are now struggling because you chose to make changes without the necessary prior preparation for problems that would arise from such a change while the system was in operation.

Hello, when i scan with hitman pro my system i get these results: all those files belongs to /kaspersky Lab\SafeBrowser\Common\.... domain_actions.dll Microsoft.CognitiveServices.Speech.core.dll widevinecdm.dll as a thread behavior " suspect " virus total says VirusTotal - File - 8d4d255fec537f9077482e735552f621e24025bb3cd26c54c8b29f705c0f54d1 VirusTotal - File - b6c062a2ed808b3065dfb4268ee5b6f3f5c7f549a4f0756371e76f81860e444f VirusTotal - File - f8b4d90c107b8d5b8629e7b5e21d8435deb66fc120228e09349bbb1ff37039e3 when i delete these files it seems kasperky reinstalls them because on my second rig i dont have these scan results. Scoring (36.0) The file is completely hidden from view and most antivirus products. It may belong to a rootkit. Entropy (or randomness) indicates the program is encrypted, compressed or obfuscated. This is not typical for most programs. Program is running but currently exposes no human-computer interface (GUI). Time indicates that the file appeared recently on this computer. The file is in use by one or more active processes. false positive maybe ? any solution or information would be nice. cheers

У меня на Plus вообще нет этих процессов. А на фришнике они появляются только тогда, когда просматриваются новости/реклама в продукте. Как только закрываю эти страницы или окно - сразу пропадают. Пользователь не хочет даже простым путем пойти, а Вы предлагаете идти гораздо более сложным. Кроме того, баг-репорт уже рассмотрен и вынесен вердикт, что причина не в продукте. Ну да, новая инфа тоже будет рассмотрена, если таковая вдруг поступит.
