удалил старый касперского, скачал вручную дистрибутив keswin_12.11.0.637_ru_aes56 и установил. проблема больше не наблюдается. пока... посмотрим как поведет себя следующее обновление -

可以发邮件给 说明你的问题 上传附件,恶意文件打包压缩,加密码infected。 另外还有个专门上传恶意软件的邮箱是 也是上传加密打包的文件,用english说明下是false positive还是 false negative。可以简单介绍下恶意软件类型。

Welcome to Kaspersky Community, I can't reproduce the issue in my KES 12.11 🤔 if You continue getting the issue, You can add the URL to Trusted URLs in Network Settings -> Scan Encrypted Connections -> Trusted URLs / Addresses. https://support.kaspersky.com/help/Kaspersky/Win21.23/en-US/201001.htm -

If You mean you have a system with different users, and You want to uninstall/install Kaspersky only in specific account, I guess that can't be done, still I would ask to K. Support -

Windows版本:Win 11 25H2 Kaspersky 应用程序的名称和版本号:21.20.8.505 坚果云同步功能一直打开没问题,但是一旦暂停同步,坚果云就会卡死无法恢复,界面完全冻结。问客服说可能是卡巴斯基的问题。希望复现一下。

Thank you but it's not as I did that BEFORE installing Kaspersky. Just need to know how to uninstall (well now install as I've uninstalled it completly for now) Kaspersky to a single user and not ALL users -

I visit a site almost everyday one year now and more. Didn't had problems. Today watched something there and suddenly I got Kaspersky message (at my language) that saying the certificate isn't valid and it is advised not to visit this site. Never had problems with the site and Kaspersky show me problem only with this. The site had some adds but I blocking them but that was something that always happened and the antivirus never showed me problems with this. What can I do to unblock the site and use it again?

Basically, a the title says, how do I uninstall for just a single PC user account. Unfortunatly, need to for the 'schools' apps and programs to be insatlled. Supposedly they see the AV there and it fails! -

Windows 10 22H2 не знаю скачивал 3 часа и завис на 99 процетах с ошибкой Windows не удается получить доступ к указанному устройству, пути или файлу.
