Buenas tardes tengo un ordenador nuevo instale el kaspersky y el chrome. Cada vez que abro una pagina en chrome que el sitio web no puede mostrase correctamente, le doy a añadir exclusiones y me sale una ventana que dice "el sitio web no esta incluido en el analisis de conexiones privadas" Ya desinstale ambas aplicaciones, kaspersky y chrome y re instale sin resultados. No tengo el mismo problema con otros navegadores

Видеокарта после этого не менялась случайно? И если начать сначала - вы KRD зачем хотели использовать? Есть подозрения на вирусы? Система грузится? KVRT будет недостаточно для проверки?

да,на этом компе работало. попробую другой krd.iso скачать.

А раньше работало именно на этом компьютере? Проблема явно с видеодрайвером.

перезаписал образ.и добавил linux firmware .попробовал.всё так же...табличка ВОТ СОДЕРЖИМОЕ ФЛЕШКИ.

Извините, дело было в сетевых интерфейсах. У меня было два маршрута по умолчанию и из за этого не мог зайти в Web console. Прописал правила маршрутизации и всё заработало.

Скачайте файл по ссылке и после записи флешки скопируйте его в корень флешки. Архив распаковывать не надо. Просто скопируйте как есть.

Hello! Thanks for replying. 1. C drive is not a removable drive as far as I know. 2. 3. After restoring the settings, shutting down the PC, and then running a Removable Drives Scan with drive E selected, it still scans files on my drive C. 4. Before restoring the settings, I changed the settings in the Additional Scan Tasks section. More specifically, for Removable Drives Scan, I set it to do a Detailed Scan instead of Quick Scan. 5. After right-clicking on a folder and selecting the Scan For Virus option given by Kaspersky, the program didn't detect anything after it scanned a lot of files, seemingly too many. Then I repeated this for a folder with just one file, and it did scan only one file. I am not sure how to check for the issues more accurately. I will contact the customer service. она работала.долго не пользовался.буду перезаписывать. только поясните как это сделать?(3. Поместите пакет linux firmware в корень съемного диска.)

Может флешка банально не читаться местами. Поэтому стоит перезаписать образ. По инструкции разумеется. Кстати, вы раньше этой флешкой с krd на этом компьютере уже пользовались?

А это Вы, часом, не Kaspersky Rescue Disk загрузили? Если да, то по этой инструкции все сделайте, особенно пункты:

ИЗВИНЯЮСЬ ЗА МОЙ КОСЯК.реч идёт о KRD. сначала идёт как обычно: спрашивает рус или англ,потом режим,потом идёт загрузка(много строчек)а потом табличка : вне диапазона 37.9кгц/85гц.

Ну по всей видимости означает: и как проверить комп? Другое дело, что вредоносным программам - ну зачем завышать герцовку, что они с этого получат?

@Вал, я открыл тему чтобы прояснить ситуацию. Ваша проблема как-то связана с ПО "Лаборатории Касперского"?
