Yes, I also noticed that when opening some Kaspersky options, the focus changes and remains in background when it should be in main focus, this is a small bug they should fix.

Попробую отключить самозащиту и несколько раз перезагрузиться и выкл/вкл. Посмотрим. Я кстати тоже грешил на самозащиту, блокирует реестр от исправления при запуске из гибернации. При перезагрузке видимо ядро системы с нуля запускается и каспер апосля полной загрузки себя и своих водителей начинает самозащиту. А самозащита например нескольким моим клиентам нужна. К ним на несколько раб.станций в торговом зале иногда техподдержка по удаленке залезает 1С починить или кассу настроить. И работники зала не всегда знают где там эти удаленщики ковыряются и не их забота вообщето, а мне за каждым следить тоже невозможно. И самозащита как раз не позвозляет удаленно отключать службы каспера и прочее непотребство творить. А если отключить СЗ, то мало ли чего на комп могут залить, кейлогеры, скринрекордеры и прочую фигню....

For them to investigate further, I send the exes in a password-protected archive as requested. They requested the password even though I added it with the archive, so I sent the password again. Waited for their reply. 5. And they said, "We have just received a reply from our virus analysts, and we were informed that the installers have been added to "Trusted." You can change the category manually." And now I would reply to them saying that it didn't work and Kaspersky still blocks the EXEs and ask them why would I have to do things manually when the process should be automatic with merely a database update. Since receiving their "the virus analysts have added the Daz3D and Ren'Py exes to the "Trusted" group" advice have (you) checked that advice using Kaspersky's Threat Analysis Portal & OR Virus Total, bc we've just checked one of the exes & we'd be having *another* conversation with Kaspersky Customer Service / Kaspersky Virus Lab. *And* this: "also suggested I should change the category manually"; it's a conversation YOU should be having with them; get them to clarify why - IF the exe is TRUSTED by Kaspersky / KSN -> the CATEGORY change will be / should be AUTOMATIC - why is *any* manual intervention required, make that make sense? Не вариант. Пусть исправляют эту ошибку со всем включенным функционалом. С отключенной самозащитой зачем тогда такой антивирус? Думаю справедливое желание. Я пока тестирую на своем компе. Но по результатам несколько десятков лицензий бы купил для своих клиентов. Но среди них есть дотошные "яжкомпьютерщик" и не хочу им объяснять что пофиг, не обращайте внимания на системные ошибки или предлагать отключить самозащиту, типа "кому вы нафиг нужны, чтобы вас заражать."

So I finally received the solution from Kaspersky support, and here's how it went. In their final reply, they mentioned that the virus analysts have added the Daz3D and Ren'Py exes to the "Trusted" group, but they also suggested I should change the category manually, and this conflicts with me. Why would I change the category manually if they added the programmes to the trusted group? Also, there's no reason for me to have this days-long email conversation with them for them to just tell me to add the exes manually. I could have done it myself days ago. Anyway, I launched them again, and Kaspersky added the exes to the untrusted group just as before. This is disappointing. So I manually added the exes to trusted group and successfully installed the programmes. I guess the reason behind this is as good as Kaspersky; their application database is nowhere as large as something like Windows SmartScreen, so that's why Windows SmartScreen didn't warn about these EXEs because it already recognised them as safe, but KSN needs considerably more time to add popular applications as trusted when they update to newer versions.

Не будет это работать в 10-ке, и выше. Об этом даже в документации предупреждают.

Hello I did the manual setup. The databases were no longer up to date since April 30th... A problem with the automatic option, recently.

Здравствуйте. Виндоус 10 не запускается, способы из среды восстановления не помогли. На другом ПК создал Kaspersky Rescue Tool на флешке, запустил на ПК, на котором не запускается Виндоус 10. Проверка на вирусы не обнаружила угроз. Но я хотел бы ещё попробовать решить проблему через утилиту Windows Unlocker. Но она отсутствует в меню Kaspersky Rescue Tool (вкладки "утилиты" нет вообще, есть только вкладки "карантин" и "отчеты"). Как мне запустить Windows Unlocker на флешке?

Кто знает адрес электронной почты поддержки Нексвей подскажите пожалуйста. Собственно ситуация: Обычно оплачивал без проблем и отправлял фото чека с номером заказа на *****@*****.tld. Получал на почту код и все. Прошел по ссылке выпал на сайт Нексвей скачал заказ и оплатил как обычно в банке. В итоге где деньги не понятно, послал как обычно фото чека с оплатой. Оказалось что у меня включилась непонятная штука типа авто продления и с *****@*****.tld говорят - ты купил у другого поставщика. На сайте Нексвей поддержка не работает.
