Скачиваю с личного кабинета Касперского KIS, пишет 'Ошибка установки', не удалось проверить целостность файлов. Потом Standard (у меня лицензия на кис или на стандарт) - то же самое. Причём Standard скачивал ещё просто с сайта, не с личного кабинета, но всё равно установка обрывалась, 'Произошла ошибка'. А потом зашёл в Безопасность Виндовс, а там пишет, что в установочных файлах вирусы Virus:Win32/Expiro.HNW!MTB. По всей видимости, именно Защитник виндовса блокирует установку. Скрины прилагаю. Вопрос - почему Защитник видит в дистрибутивах вирусы? Стоит ли вообще устанавливать такое?

Добрый день! Есть проблема (наблюдаю её уже не первый год) с размером шрифта в интерфейсе под Линукс: шрифт очень мелкий, практически нечитаемый. Изменение разрешения никак не помогает. Прошу подсказать как решить. Поиск по форуму не дал результатов, такое ощущение, что у всех с этим всё ОК. На скринах показал как это выглядит у меня на рабочем столе (окно интерфейса, окно уведомлений в сравнении с остальными приложениями). Пишу на форум первый раз, если что не так прошу не бить ногами 🙂

Здравствуйте. В Kaspersky Standard можно настроить альтернативный источник обновления баз, я хотел бы скачивать базы чтобы обновлять компьютеры не имеющие подключения к интернету. 1. Где скачать базы? В списке программ Kaspersky Update Utility нету Kaspersky Standard. 2. Можно ли скачать оффлайн установщик Kaspersky Standard?

I'm running the latest version. I signed out then signed in to the app, but nothing has change. I realized that I have two "kaspersky premium" on my profile tab. One is grayed out and keep showing the message "waiting for subscription details" and the other says "Subscription active" and when I tap "subscription details, it shows remaining days (more than 500), "license key" and "expires on" (2027). I deleted the app and installed it again and rebooted the iphone, but nothing resolved.

I reviewed the website https://marketsolutionsonline.com on VirusTotal and this is a legitimate website that sells us merchandise. How do we get the false postive URL removed

I was talking about the file with the particular MD5 below and not the general Trojan.JS.Agent classification. 6FEC3D1DC6D1802AEADC4F8611A9F326 Anyways here is an article by Mozilla regarding some similar instances of Trojan detection in Cache. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firefox cache file was infected with a virus Can you please ask any malware expert to take another look at the file with the above MD5.

Can it be that the Cache file was pretty old and was recently picked up by Kaspersky as Opentip says it was first seen on 2nd Nov 2025 (SS below)? There were two cache files and one of them I checked on Virustotal and Jotti's malware scan and the other I wasn't able to extract from Quarantine and I deleted it from there. Maybe I had unknowingly visited a sketchy website pretty long back and the file was from then which the Antivirus AI picked up recently after the latest application version update.

Установщик был вылечен ранее повторным накатом пакета обновлений.Проверял практической установкой проги в системе.Инфа на этой теме убедила снова попробовать установить KIS 19.Установка прошла без ошибок.Благодарю модераторов за труд (на форуме поддержки убеждали в бесполезности попыток).Неясно только, что снесло установщик.

Güvenlik konusunda : İlk başta sadece MBAM 12 tane PUP buldu onları karantinaya alıp temizledim pup zaten virüs değilmiş de neyse sonra Kaspersky ve MBAM ile bilgisayarımı defalarca taradım bir şey bulmadı, görev yöneticisinde cpu ve bellek kullanımı normal , procexp ile işlemlere baktım herhangi bir sorun göremedim sonra bu sefer çevrimdışı tarama yaptım yine temiz çıktı ama içimde sanki temiz değilmiş gibi bir his var yine de usb oluşturdum sonra usbye yükleme bittikten sonra usbyi hem Kaspersky hem MBAM ile taradım temiz çıktı yani yaptığım işlemlere bakınca virüs yok gibi duruyor ama yine de uzman birinin de görüşünü almak isterim nedense son zamanlarda iyice paranoyaklaştım yardımcı olursanız sevinirim bir de nvdia virüslü çıktı bilgisayarımda false positive mi

Как минимум надо ставить все последние обновления для XP. А какой у вас процессор?
