brEZ Posted January 30 Author Share Posted January 30 Yeah I figured it out so for some reason I had to login for a 2nd time to check my notifications so after I did that I tried cancelling again and it worked so the website is just really weird about logging in. It was showing all my devices and the subscription I had before I logged in again so I'm not sure why it didn't work then. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Otherwise, as I said before, try clearing your browsing history + cookies, also try using a VPN (using a server from your country) to access your My Kaspersky account.
