Virtual Assistant, Chat support not available ?

Hello @bapoksik,

We’ve just tested US Online Chat - see images, by going to Support, select Country, select Support for Home Products, select Chat with an Expert, the LiveChat window opens, fill in Name = email address, Email address (yes a duplication😕 ), select Kaspersky product, Activation code - it’s ok to enter NA, Problem description - it’s ok to enter NA, New or Existing issue and accept✔ the TOU & Privacy consent box

 

 

 

 

 

  • Does “Online Chat blank window ” also happen in Edge Chromium & IE11?

If Firefox is run a pure default browser, select Start, type Run, in the Run app, type firefox -p press enter, in the Firefox popup, select Default, select Start Firefox: see images, does the  “Online Chat blank window” repeat?

Please tell us:

  1. Is Firefox and Chrome standard browser: “Online Chat blank window”  a new issue or has always existed? 
  2. Operating system name, version & build?
  3. KIS version & patch(x)? x = letter Link

     

  4. In Chrome, are there any extensions, other than Kaspersky, enabled? 
  5. In Chrome, is KIS Web Anti-Virus enabled?
  6. In Chrome, is KIS Private browsing enabled? 
  7. May we have the Chrome browser console log please - to upload to your Topic, change the file extension from .log to .txt.
  8. May we have a KIS, All events, 24hrs Report - see video as a guide, 📎 attach the Report to your reply please? Link
