Dear Team,

Previously, the active period of Kaspersky Total Security was active for 2 years but today it changed to 9 days remaining and it says the activation code is blocked.
And the activation code matches the email I received for a period of 2 years.

Please advise about this matter as soon as possible.

  1. Kaspersky support can be contacted by selecting: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then select Activation & license issues, Other & follow this guide: "Key is blocked” error
