I went on live chat with customer service and they fixed it. I still can't login to my account. I don't really use it anyways, so I don't care. I just don't want whoever took over to have my information. I realize I probably posted this on the wrong section but I didn't know what else to do. I apologise and thanks for your help.

I just got a generic email stating "we received your request. This is an automated message please don't reply..." but no number or anything else.

So somone took over "my kaspersky" account. They changed my email address to theirs and now I lost my account. I obviously didn't authorize this. What can I do? I sent an email request to kaspersky but its very difficult to get a real person to help. What should I do?
