Solution Gandcrab 5.2 [Closed]

My computer is infected with Gandcrab 5.2 and all my files were not accessible. Anyone can help me how can I in anyway able to open my file. Thanks in advance.

Hey junob8rock, Not sure which version of KAV you have, so, has your Kaspersky application application detected Gandcrab? If yes, are the options to eliminate not working?
