MR17 is not released officially for now... RC build is available but rather wait and download from official web kaspersky for your region.

I had already imported kaspersky premium license to my.kaspersky.com, the version now I use is mr16(21.16).
I am request for kaspersky mr17(21.17) installer.

In my understanding

https://dm.s.kaspersky-labs.com/zh-Hans-CN/Kaspersky4Win/21.17.7.539/startup.exe，where zh-hans-cn can be replaced by another region.

this link can be considered to be an official released installer.

 

there is a possibility that the installer can be updated, so you can always re-download the installer when you need it.

or use this command line to run the installer:

/-force-use-new-version

Yea but version build at the end can be changed (maybe depends on update definitions) for example (21.16.6.467.0.19.0 should be changed to newer version 21.16.6.467.0.20.0) etc...
And this new 21.16.6.467.0.20.0) will be on official kaspersky web page but 21.16.6.467.0.19.0 not and stay on dm.s.kaspersky page....
Later will be updated on all sources.... So thats why just waiting for official release on kaspersky webpage and not on dm.s. page. 

I downloaded RC version from dm.s. page and i will compare it with setup downloaded from kaspersky.cz
