Purtroppo sono passato da kaspersky total security a kaspersky Premium 3 licenze. Mi succede che su tutti i pc mi blocca l'audio microfono durante il gioco, solo su uno dei 3 a fine partita è uscito il popup che veniva sbloccato il microfono. come fare? non c'è una voce per aggiungerlo nella sezione "controllo webcam e microfono" ci sono solo quelle che mette in automatico, per aggiungerle? ho già disintallato kaspersky e reinstallato ma nulla. aiuto. 

Unfortunately, I upgraded from Kaspersky Total Security to Kaspersky Premium 3 licenses. It's blocking my microphone audio on all my PCs during gameplay. Only one of the three computers displayed a popup at the end of the game saying the microphone was unblocked. What can I do? There's no option to add it in the "Webcam and Microphone Control" section. There are only the ones that are automatically enabled. How can I add them? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky, but nothing. Help.

Non funziona comunque. devo chiudere completamente l'antivirus

It still doesn't work. I have to turn off my antivirus completely.

Try to move the game file from the Low restricted group to the Trusted one via drag-and-drop or right-click menu. It's also possible that there are some other game files, maybe with other names - search in the list and move to the Trusted group too.

non va comunque... mi tocca chiudere completamente l'antiviruse giocare, poi a fine gioco, far ripartire kasperky. Non mi sembra giusto

It doesn't work anyway... I have to completely close the antivirus and play, then restart Kaspersky at the end of the game. It doesn't seem right to me.

E' probabbile che ti chiedano di inviare un GSI. Ti diranno come e cosa fare.

ha smesso di funzionare su tutti e tre i pc, nuovamente...

It stopped working on all three PCs, again...

I see that some changes have been made to intrusion prevention settings for all trusted group. I don't know what else has been changed in the AV settings. How the exceptions were configured is also not fully visible. Try to search for the problematic component(s): disable file antivirus, intrusion prevention, safe browsing, encryption connections scan, etc. Or contact support service.

Take a look at this thread, maybe a screenshot of the trusted app settings will help.
