Printing on RDP connection over VPN doesn't work

Recommended Posts

Machines: VPN Server => ClearOS RDP Server => Windows Server 2016 with Kaspersky Small Office Security Clients => Windows 10/XP with Kaspersky Internet Security Problem: Occasionaly, clients cannot print without any error message. I have to disable Kaspersky on both server and client, and restart VPN & RDP connection on client to make printing work again. Only then I can enable Kaspersky once again. Thank you. Sorry for my bad English...

Hello Friend, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I've tried to disable firewall, In fact, I've tried to disable all components. On Kaspersky Small Office I have to turn off protection completly. On Kaspersky Internet Security I have to turn off "Start on startup", restart PC, start VPN & RDP connection, and then start Kaspersky.
