  1. Hello Friend, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I've tried to disable firewall, In fact, I've tried to disable all components. On Kaspersky Small Office I have to turn off protection completly. On Kaspersky Internet Security I have to turn off "Start on startup", restart PC, start VPN & RDP connection, and then start Kaspersky.

Machines: VPN Server => ClearOS RDP Server => Windows Server 2016 with Kaspersky Small Office Security Clients => Windows 10/XP with Kaspersky Internet Security Problem: Occasionaly, clients cannot print without any error message. I have to disable Kaspersky on both server and client, and restart VPN & RDP connection on client to make printing work again. Only then I can enable Kaspersky once again. Thank you.
