Not able to add iPhone device to unlimited plan.

I have the Kaspersky unlimited plan loaded on my Windows 10 laptop.  

I have tried to add my iPhone device to the unlimited plan, and it does not work.  I did have a lower level subscription on my iPhone.

What do I need to do to add my iPhone to my unlimited plan?

Could You please specify better, what do You mean with unlimited plan? VPN or? Kaspersky Plus or Kaspersky Premium?

Also, on the main screen of Kaspersky on your iPhone please go to "Profile" located at bottom right of the screen,
and check if the application is connected to your My Kaspersky-account ?
