Hello everyone,

I bought Kaspersky Premium this morning and I received the receipt email. However, I did not receive the activation/license email, and there is nothing in MyKaspersky dashboard. Can you please advise what to do?

I did both. Waiting for their support reply. But this is very weird, don't you think so?

It has been more than 24 hours with no response from neither the support ticket nor the help forum. I feel like I got robbed.

48 hours no response from customer service and no email for the key.
