KIS Is Blocking OkayFreedom VPN - Is it malware?

The KIS program is preventing the OkayFreedom VPN program from being downloaded.

Is the OkayFreedom VPN program harmful or potentially dangerous? Could you analyze it and let me know ?

The KIS program

Also, you can upgrade for free to Kaspersky Standard , during an ontop installation Kaspersky Standard will import your KIS license & settings.

I am using the Kaspersky Plus.

When I install it from the Microsoft Store, I don't receive any warnings.

However, when I download it directly, I receive the following warning for the installer:

Not-a-virus.Win32.Agentb.i

Should I continue using this program?

What risks could there be in using this program?

@Berny gave you the link with a description of this detection. The article even includes an example of this particular file exactly. But currently, the app is distributed via MS Store, there is a newer version 1.9.7.

Such programs are not malicious. If a user has installed such a program on his/her computer, or if it was installed by a system administrator, then it does not pose any threat.
