Kaspersky VPN

I have installed Kaspersky Premium, but, I can't see in VPN settings location fro Croatia?  How to I get location? I contact Kaspersky support, they told me there is location selection for Croatia. But I still don't see it.... any help, please!?!

Here I can see that Premium have Croatia location for VPN...

1. Also, as per  @Igor Kurzin -> please post back the incident reference number given to (you) by Kaspersky support - it's prefixed with INC0000?

Support simply explained to me that I needed to upgrade my VPN, 
where they helpfully provided me with a link to upgrade directly from their site. 
I did so, and it worked flawlessly, of course, with a location in Croatia.
